We realized our AC is not cooling our home on Sunday. I googled and realized this company answers emergency calls. I talked to Ben and scheduled a service visit next day. Ben was friendly and instrumental. Next day service technician Mason visited us. He started from smaller culprits first; fuses, cabling, etc. He discovered our capacitor was broken. He offered an annual service agreement that saves money and making sure preventative maintanence for our AC unit, Furnace, and Thermostat. I loved the deal. Mason is very resourceful and fixed the issue and serviced my AC extremely professionally. We are very happy with Bernard and their reviews tell all. Thank you!

Changed our maintenance service over to Bernard this winter when our previous HVAC provider could not repair our furnace over a cold weekend. Yesterday their technician called and showed up at the scheduled time to check out our A/C. Both times we have dealt with Bernard's technicians we have found them friendly, willing to explain what they are doing, etc. we highly recommend them for their services.

Technicians have been honest, informative, and adaptable in helping me identify / resolve issues from the last company that did my install. Best of all, they are very affordable and as a family owned business, it is obvious that they actually care about their customers. Purchasing a service agreement with them was a no brainer. I will be a customer for years to come.

Had a great experience working with Bernard Heating & Cooling. Our thermostat was not working correctly and the service agent went above and beyond to figure out what the root cause was and fix it the same day. A+ job. I'll be using you guys again (hopefully not soon, haha).

Had my 6 mo furnace maintenance appointment today. Once again, Bernard Heating & Cooling has delivered efficient, professional service and exceeded my expectations.

The young man was timely and got right down to work. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner, put it to order, and serviced the unit for the next three months. He was very knowledgeable about air conditioning units in general and put me at ease as to the reliability of the repair. Overall, a great experience!

Bernard Heating & Cooling were extraordinary to work with. Our furnace went out when it was cold and we needed it fixed immediately. I spoke with an incredibly gracious woman who answered the phone and told me she was going to call the technicians to see who might be available to fix our furnace. Within five minutes she called me back and gave me the name of the technician who, she said, would come to our house in about an hour. She said he would call first to let me know he was his way.

He showed up at the appointed time and fixed our furnace. He explained the problem and provided me the bill for the work done. The price (including a maintenance contract) was extremely reasonable.

Within a few minutes of his leaving, the lovely woman whom I had spoken with earlier, emailed me all of the documentation regarding the work done .
Within 18 hours the furnace was fixed and our home was warm and toasty again.

Every single part of the way this company does business is to be lauded. The professionalism, ease of contacting, excellent work and follow-up were perfect and I highly recommend Bernard Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.
