I have done a lot of Internet research about the different brands of the HVAC systems and the HVAC companies nearby since last year and ended up getting the new American Standard HVAC system installed with Martinov Home solutions yesterday. I have been working with Austin (office person), Sam (measuring my basement), Bane (the owner of the company), Cody, Aaron, Ryan and Noah (installing the HVAC System) from Martinov Home Sollutions for this long process, and I have had a wonderful experience talking and working with all of them! Thanks so much to Bane and his staff for holding high standards for their business! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has the HVAC System or service needs!

I would recommend this company to anyone. They are courteous and profession. I called them when something was wrong with my hot water tank. Bane came that evening on his way home. He sent his employees the next day to check a certain part to see if this is what I needed. They fixed everything and even corrected the venting on my hot water tank. I also called them about my furnace. They replaced that too. Very nice and trustworthy.

Overall wonderful experience - masters at what they do! They did a very clean and professional job. I worked with Bane for the quote - he was quick to respond, provided a number of options and offered suggestions to help us choose the right one. Everyone at Martinov has been friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I'll surely recommend them to anyone looking for hvac services. Thank you guys so much!

We needed a new AC unit installed after finding out that apparently our dogs urinating on AC unit caused corroding inside it.
Can’t speak highly enough of their service. They came prepared and were very professional. They also dealt with our dogs great and we’re very good about keeping gates closed. They also put runners down (didn’t even have to ask) to keep floors clean and cleaned up after completing project. They also kept us involved with anything that could potentially be a concern or just to see what we would like with parts of the installation. They even helped with inductions on how to maintenance the new unit.
As for the unit itself I will update review on it after a few months, but service was excellent.

I worked with Bane to give me a quote for a new AC. He came over right away when ours failed. The quote came in much more competitive than other local businesses and they had more options for the price. Bane also took a look at our house and gave us some recommendations for future repairs (with no pressure, but to help us as new home owners). We’ll definitely be considering these enhancements in the future and are excited about the possibilities of more ventilation on the second floor of our cape cod. They also offer a nice 10 year labor warranty.

Ryan and Rohit installed the AC and did a great job in the basement. They redid the coil, the previous setup had some holes but they did a good job. They also noticed our humidifier wasn’t working while testing everything and went out of their way to get it back working with no additional charge.

My heater and air conditioning were not working. I called them Friday morning and they came out the next day to help fix the problem. Now I have air and heat due to the Great job that was done this morning for me. All all it needed was just a little adjustment and he was back out the door. It was really a good morning for me. I would use them anytime I have an AC or furnace problem. so if you have any heating or AC problems, give them a call. And thank you again for helping me this morning.

I obtained a number of estimates to replace an HVAC system at my residence. Martinov came in at a reasonable price and Bane's analysis of my system and his suggestions were such that I had confidence in his company. The crew, Rohit, Aaron and Slavic (sp?) arrived on time, worked hard, did a nice job and left the work areas spotless. I am happy that I found Martinov and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor.

Per Murphy’s law, our heating stopped working on a Friday afternoon! We called them around 4 pm, and in less than 1 hour they were here! They diagnosed our furnace had come to the end of it’s life (20+ years) and on Friday night we had a full quote for the replacement! While they could not replace it on Saturday, they were kind enough to stop by and drop 2 small space heaters to get us through the weekend! Monday morning they replaced the furnace - super quick, clean and professional, following up with a call on Tuesday to ensure everything was working properly! Absolutely great customer service! We definitely recommend!

Martinov Home Solutions have been very great to work with. We’ve had a few furnace issues and every time we’ve called they’ve sent someone out the same day. They make the repair process worry free and will keep you updated on what went wrong, how it went wrong and how to fix it. We have nothing but praise and thanks for all the help we’ve received.
