Positives: Efficient and polite install crew Went above and beyond to fix a piece of ductwork Cleaned and put everything back exactly the way it was before Negatives: Install date was changed two times resulting in 3 install dates Salesman used high-pressure sales tactics I did not receive my signed contracts immediately and dates were changed after the fact so they didn't go over the timely install dates which they actually did by 2 days. Parts were not in stock, so install was delayed On April 13, 2023, I had Arco Air come out to give me an estimate for a new condenser, evaporator coil, and line set for my central air. The estimate was for an install on April 17, 2023. However, the install was actually not completed until May 2, 2023.The install crew, Mike and Tim, were great! They were efficient, polite, and nice guys. They cleaned and put everything back exactly the way it was before, which I was extremely happy about.They found a piece of duct work was hanging under the house and they patched and fixed it without any additional charges. The install crew really went above and beyond my expectations. I liked Tim Trotter,(not the install Tim as stated above) the salesman who sold us the system but felt he pressured us to buy by saying we could have any day the following week, but had to sign that day to get the price. It was the hottest day of the year to date, we had no air, and I have a heart condition with artificial valve replacement which just amplified the situation as we needed the install to happen as quickly as possible. Overall, I am happy with the new system and extremely happy with the install crew. However, I would have preferred a more honest and straightforward sales process. I would also recommend that Arco Air work on their scheduling process to ensure that they have the parts they need in stock before they schedule an install. If this review was strictly for the install crew it would be 5 stars but sadly it is not. I would overall recommend them because of the install crew only. If the install crew had not been fantastic this would be a 1 star review but they absolutely deserve their credit and have no reflection on the company themselves which needs A LOT of work clearly.
I had a furnace checkup done on a house that is under contract . They were quick to send me a quote via email for a new furnace/air even though the only issue with the furnace was that it was old . I didn’t receive a receipt for my payment or the service report indicating what they did or what they found.
I finally received the receipt but after daily calls still have not received the service report which I need for the seller of the house.
I have neverrrrrr been able to talk with an employee on the phone . It always goes to an answering service …
Roseann was very knowledgeable about the differences between the various systems and explained things very well to us. She answered all of our questions, no matter how basic. We never felt pressured to make a same-day decision, even though that is what we ended up doing after comparing the quotes from ARCO and a local company. I would definitely work with her again!
My air conditioner would not turn on, and when I called I was lucky to get on the schedule the same day. Allen came out and was able to diagnose the problem and we had the ac up and running in a short time. The cost was very reasonable and he really knew what he was doing.
We were very happy with your service yesterday. Gary Caskey is very knowledgeable and told us a lot about our system. He was very thorough in helping us get better air flow through out our home. Thanks!

My techs name was Brian, What a strait shooter, Very firm on business end and professional,but also compassionate about my concerns,shared knowledge with me and had answers for all my questions... I have used ARCO numerous times. They installed an a/c unit in 2014 and have maintained the unit ever since. The service tech I always ask for is Allen Mac Monigal. Allen is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Allen always explains his work as he continues to service my a/c unit. I would recommend ARCO.
Had a water heater and a furnace installed in December 2021. Pressure valve began to leak on water heater almost a year later. Came out today and completed the warranty work in a timely manner. Honestly the longest part was waiting for the tech to go to the supply house for the valve, even that was fast. Good company! Definitely worth what you pay for!!
