We had been using Martinov for many years repairing our dinosaur furnace. Ask for a quote to replace the entire HVAC system. Great pricing, fast installation, the team is wonderful and thorough... Update 3/15/21- hot water heater Martinov installed in March of 2019 had corrosion due to hard water. Replaced parts under warranty and recommended a water filter at main water source. Very thorough, clean and fast. Recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs!

Seriously, if you need HVAC maintenance, repair, installation, or whatever, call Bane. I'm usually at least a little disappointed with service these days, but Bane is pretty unique in his helpfulness.

I used Bane when I needed a new furnace and air conditioner a couple of years ago (I found him on Home Advisor). He was very competitively priced (way under Blind & Sons and about even with a place that isn't in business anymore), but what made me choose him was the time that Bane spent going through and helping me understand my options. During install, some small issues came up with my chimney and Bane just took care of it without trying to gouge me.

Recently, I was having trouble with my AC at a new home and I texted Bane and he tried to walk me through it myself. He ended up having to come out in the evening, again without gouging me with an off-hour service charge.

I like being able to say "I have a guy" for stuff (like my car). Bane has become my guy for AC. He will take care of you and make sure stuff gets done. And, you can trust that he will be around to back up his work years down the road… or if you need to text him for help with the next issue.

-I originally wrote this as a review on Home Advisor, but I wanted to re-post it to Google, because honestly, I think people should know what a good job Bane does. I get really tired of crappy service, and people deserve to be recognized for offering outstanding service.

Martinov Home Solutions has been a great company to work with. They have been servicing our AC unit in our commercial office building and have done a tremendous job! Bane the owner is honest, professional and courteous. When you call them you get a quick response, and they will explain everything to you. I learned a lot about our AC unit. Its was 4th of July weekend 2020 with temps in the 90s. My ac unit fan was not working and the house was 81 degrees. I thought I would not be able to get it fixed until Monday 7/6. I left a vm and Bane called back within 30 minutes. I explained the problem and he said he could be over that day. Very professional, courteous, respectful and he explained everything and showed me the damaged capacitor before he replaced it. We are very happy with Bane and the work he did! Highly recommended!!
