Martinov Home solutions installed a new central AC unit for me this week. This is my second time using them as they installed a new furnace for me last year. As usual Bane and crew were courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me, were on-time, and cleaned everything up as if they were never here. Tarps were laid over the entire walk surface of my house, and not a speck of dirt was left on my floors. Bane offers a great product at a great price that is installed correctly the first time in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Austin and his coworker replaced my American Standard furnace and did an exceptional job last week. Their boss Bane takes the time to explain the problem and is very honest. They make themselves available for repair rapidly and they care. They warranted my furnace fan, specifically after a long working day, he came to my house at 7 pm to listen to the vibrations in the fan, and he sent his employee within a couple of days and replaced the fan at no cost. Great service, great team, and honest owner and service team. I plan to bring them back for all my hvac work in the future.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any large repair at the house. It is obvious Bane cares a great deal about the quality of work that is done and that his customers are completely satisfied. Great price for the product and work. These guys did an amazing job accurately and timely.

I was referred to Bane Martinov by my trusted plumber Wayne Welch. My furnace went out on Monday, 01/28/19 in the morning. I was very concerned because in my area the temperatures were expected to drop to below zero for multiple days starting Tuesday night, 01/29/18. I knew he would be busy but I tried to reach him anyways. When I called Monday morning he answered immediately and was at my house to take a look at it within 3 hours of my call. I ended up having to get a new furnace because the one I had was old and it was going to cost too much to fix it. Bane figured it all out and had a team (Austin and Zach) at my house the following day to install my new furnace, fix my whole house humidifier and change the duct work to fit a more common and economical filter.

Austin and Zach were very polite and worked hard all day on getting everything installed. When they were about done, Bane came to the house to make sure everything looked good and to answer any additional questions I had.

Thank you guys so much for the outstanding service, the hard work and making sure I had heat for the frigid temps ahead!!! I will recommend Martinov Home Solutions to all of my friends, family and colleagues that have any HVAC needs.

He was extremely friendly. He not only fixed the problem in less than an hour, but also explained what was wrong so I could understand. I called at 4pm and he was out to me by 9am the next day. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Quick response. Excellent and fair service. Extremely helpful. Our heater broke over the weekend. Called these guys first things Monday morning and needed to move fast. It was cold and we have little kids. Bane got out almost immediately and diagnosed the problem quickly. He sent Austin to get a new motor and he replaced it before lunch. Explained everything and gave me a great price compared to quotes I got locally even just for diagnostics. Highly recommend and will be calling again if I have another issue.

The Martinov Team was transparent, personable, and professional throughout my experience with them. They guided us fairly through the purchasing process, and the installation of the equipment (Furnace, AC, Thermostat) went very smoothly. This was an EXCELLENT experience!!! Bane came out the same day that I called asking for an appointment. He succeeded in repairing my air conditioner the Friday afternoon right before the 4th of July weekend!!! He diagnosed the problem quickly and found that mice had chewed through a wire fraying it....he completely changed it out. He provided superior quality, excellent value, was extremely responsive and professional!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company and am grateful for the service that he provided!!!

We had 6 different HVAC companies provide quotes for replacing our gas furnace and ac system. We went with Martinov because Bane, the owner, was incredible. He provided us knowledge on HVAC systems that we didn’t know we needed and was incredibly responsive to our many questions. Our HVAC was installed mid-June. It took an entire day to complete. The craftsmanship of the work was impeccable.

This is the second time I have used them and have been extremely satisfied. The first service call cost me a small fee to get the blower operational. The first place I called did not fix it and instead tried to sell me a new AC unit. For the most recent service call, they came out right away after I explained we had no heat on a cold day and I had 4 kids at home for school. It turns out the problem had a quick fix and Bane would not even accept any money for the service call. Very rare to find people who do business like this these days. I would recommend them to anyone!!
