I hired Martinov Home Solutions to replace my 18-year-old furnace and air conditioner. I don't usually leave reviews, but Bane and his company do truly excellent work. They did a lot of odds and ends I wasn't expecting (replacing humidifier line with copper, re-piping humidifier drain, replacing refrigerant lines instead of re-using, etc). During the entire install, they also laid down dropcloths keeping my home clean, which I appreciate. Not only that, but they came in at a lower in price than the other 4 quotes I got by a significant margin saving me money. I can't recommend them enough. Absolutely hire them for all your HVAC needs.

We had a pretty extensive project replacing a Tankless water heater with a boiler and tank system with the benefit of using the same boiler to heat floors in 4 rooms. Bane was extremely helpful in directing our thinking from our research on the topic. Jesse, the skilled tradesman who installed the system was an artist with copper and valves. Always left the work area clean and organized. Was a wonderful experience all around and the warm floors are to die for. I would recommend to anyone.

My furnace went out a week ago. When I called in the afternoon on Friday, the office staff was very accommodating in making sure that I got a quote quickly. Bane came to my house on a Saturday and sent me several quote options by that evening. During his call, he was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain the failures in our current furnace as well as recommend different options. He also explained that if we decided not to replace items such as the humidifier, that we could be on the hook to replace it when selling the house in the future. Bane provided us with all of the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. On Monday, I was able to approve the estimate online and promptly received a call to schedule the installation. I was able to be scheduled for Wednesday. The installers arrived on time and remained until the job was complete. They were extremely professional and made sure that I was satisfied with the work and knew how to operate the system before departing. Most importantly, after a week of not having any heat, the furnace is working beautifully! I will definitely be contacting Martinov Home Solutions again for any future HVAC needs.

They were responsive and prompt. Sent in an automated email late at night because it wasn't an emergency and got a call to schedule a visit bright and early in the morning. It was a simple fix so we only got charged the service fee. Then the tech went the extra mile to do a little tidying up and extra maintenance. Our heat was back on by lunch time.
