We called Pugh because our A/C unit is under manufacturer warranty and was purchased through you. However, you exceeded our expectations in timeliness, quality of service, and professionalism. Our problem was fixed within about 3 hours of my call, which is remarkable, especially for a holiday week. We will definitely call you in the future for our furnace cleaning and other needs.

AC went out right before a few hot days. Called and got someone out the following day to look at it ($140 for a service visit during business hours and $180 after hours). Dan came out and took a look and informed us we'd need a new AC. He explained everything very well for two options that were quoted to us. He also made it easy to follow up and schedule the install by reaching him directly - by text, he handled making sure we got scheduled and answered all of my questions. Installation was done only a few days after, the guys were kind, professional, and did a great job. AC works great now just in time for summer to be over, go figure. 😜

I chose your company based off of a referral by a former employee and reviews I read online about the duct cleaning service you provide. The results were exactly as the reviews described. Paul was timely, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He even helped me move some things out of the way because I was not able to do it myself. I was able to continue working from home while he completed the project. Thank you!

I have used Pugh for several years, and my parents used them before me. I have always been impressed with their service and quality. I've not had any heating or air issue that they did not address promptly and thoroughly. Their technicians who come to do my annual heating and AC check ups are courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am unlikely to use any other heating and AC company in the future.

The Pugh people were very quick to respond to my furnace request for quote. They offered the best overall Carrier package at a competitive price. 5 year warranty on parts AND labor was the best I could find. They have since followed up with me to make sure everything worked after the install. Highly recommend them.

Pugh Heating & AC is very reliable and knowledgeable. We have an older system that is still in great shape, thanks to their maintenance services. They don''t try to push you into a new system or anything else that you don't need. They've cleaned our ducts, too, and you can breath the difference in the house. Most recently we needed a service call on a Sunday night when our furnace starter had gone out. Dan diagnosed and replaced the part in a professional manner. The system was up and running that evening, which would have otherwise been a very cold night!

Brandon was very personable and explained everything that he did during his maintenance service. I would highly recommend he and Pugh heating.

Josh installed the new HVAC system in my 1950s house along with Joe. They were so responsible, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind! Brendan assisted with tweaking something a couple months later. He was also so respectful and personable! Company attributes like that are hard to come by nowadays. Thank you so much gentlemen!

Contacted Pugh for a service call. My call was answered very courteously and responded to promptly, The technician, Jay, was very knowledgeable, polite, and informative. He worked diligently to resolve the problem, which he did. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend Pugh.

I’ve had 4 different people/companies out to my house. All of which we unable or unwilling to go into my crawl and fix my AC. I wasn’t present for the fix (my parents were) and all I can say is thank you. From my first call to the company I spoke with Kim who was wonderful. To the men who came to my house and got all muddy without hesitation help thank you all so much.
