When compared with others it was an easy decision. The installation crew was friendly, courteous and professional. Our home's HVAC was 26 years old. The new Carrier system is quiet and efficient.

I've had several great experiences with Pugh. They're extremely timely with their responses and offer affordable service that's easy to understand. On several occasions, they've pointed out more affordable alternative solutions to issues I'm having. "We could do this, but doing this instead would save you $X" type stuff. I've had other companies go ahead and do what would be the more expensive option. Any service company that's willing to sacrifice its own profits in the name of serving the customer is going to get my business again and again.

Called about my furnace blower not working. They had a technician available to meet me that same morning. He troubleshot and solved the problem quickly, left to grab parts and returned to fix the problem all in just a few hours. Exemplary work and dedication to helping the customer. I'm 100% satisfied with the service Pugh provided.

Matt, my service tech, did an excellent job on my annual heating service and maintenance. He was prompt and courteous. Matt did a very thorough job, cleaning and servicing the furnace and the humidifier. He changed the filters, cleaned the water reservoir and checked to make sure the flame was burning clean and efficiently and exhausting the burn-off gases properly.

I highly recommend Matt and the Pugh Company to anyone needing a knowledgeable and professional heat & air company. Always excellent service. Thank you Matt !!

Pugh is a very outstanding company. I have dealt with them for many years and each of their technicians and employees exemplify the highest standard s in every way. Tyler was my technician yesterday and was exceptional in completing my service in every way as he has been previously.

Mike has serviced our boiler for many years, and his knowledge and abilities have always resulted in a happy customer. He is very good about explaining what the problem is and what it will take to fix the problem. We have a high level of trust for the work Mike performs. Mike is usually the service tech that comes service our boiler, and it is nice that he "knows" our system and we don't have to explain how things run to a different tech every time we need service. 5 Star every time.

I cannot say enough good things about Jay Gast! Our air conditioner decided to stop working 2 days after we got discharged from the NICU with our first child after 111 days. I called Pugh and they said a tech would get back with me shortly. Jay called within 10 minutes and worked me in on a Saturday night at 11 o'clock and got us back up and running in no time. He went above and beyond just fixing the issue and I can't thank him enough! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks and will for sure be using them for any of my heating or cooling needs in the future. Thank you again for the awesome service even late at night and on a weekend!

I want to add to this as we just had our furnace serviced with them also, and Kevin was amazing too. He came in did what he needed to do and was on his way. It was easy and painless for me. He did what he needed, informed me of what I needed to know and that was that. Super Great Experience again!

Craig was outstanding! We had two other companies out to diagnose a problem with our outbuilding heater and were told that there was nothing wrong with it even though it would make noises and shoot flames out when starting up. Craig discovered that the heater wasn’t set properly for gas flow and fixed it. We now don’t have the problems. Thank you Craig!
