I have used Pugh Heating several times. The employees always provide exceptional service and answer any questions I may have. They never leave a mess when they are done. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Joseph came out on a hot Saturday afternoon and got our air conditioning running again quickly. He was personable and explained what happened and how to prevent it in the future.

I've been a customer of Pugh Heating for 45 years. Dale, my technician has been maintaining my boiler system for for decades. He is always pleasant, intelligent, Arrives on time, work quickly, and tidies up after himself. He answers all my questions and explains everything that he has done. He is kind enough to leave me a paper copy of what he has done in addition to doing his digital work as well. This is extraordinarily kind . The woman who answered the phone are pleasant, kind, I was make appointments for me in a timely manner and send Dale when the time is good for me. I told them never let Dale Retire. I highly recommend Pugh Heating to everyone for excellent service.

Jay has to be one of the best service technicians I've ever dealt with. I am a new homeowner and had a laundry list of questions and concerns, and he answered every one of them professionally and showed me what he was doing, even how to do some of it myself, and made sure I understand how to operate and care for my equipment.
