Michael was prompt, very knowledgeable. He found the problem right away and explained it. Quoted prices up front, thankful for that. Air conditioner is running great again saving us from this hot and humid weekend. Thanks Michael and Pugh Heating!

Joseph, the service technician, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and solved our problem. He was very good at explaining things in terms a layman could understand. He was courteous and careful to use shoe covers so as not to track mud through our house. (That's my job.) He makes a good impression as a representative of the company.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They called to let me know the technician was on his way and when to expect him. Tyler was courteous and knowledgeable. He had my repair done quickly and the rates were affordable. Would definitely recommend and use again but hope I don’t need them anytime soon lol.

Pugh is a Great company for Furnace and AC needs.Over the past 7 years they have installed my Furnace, AC and Water heater they offer Quality products and Have well trained Team of Quality Technicians. Just recently I had my furnace serviced(maintenance) Brandon the Technician was Prompt Courteous and Knowledgeable. Highly recommend Pugh !!!

Our furnace was not working on a Saturday morning. Called Pugh and they were out within a half our. It was a 40 year old furnace and needed replaced. They were able to install a new one Monday morning. The guy even brought out space heaters to get us through the day and a half without heat. Two days later the new furnace was making some noise, again they were out within a half hour and fixed it right away. I am very happy with the total experience. I most likely will get my AC and or water heater replaced in the future with them as well. The reason I went with them was because they answered the call in a timely fashion. Other places said they were too booked up and couldn't even schedule an appointment until Monday. Thank you to the people at Pugh Heating.

AC checkup times were two months out. Called Maumee Valley and they were here in about 4 days. Did an equal quality job and annual plan - furnace plus AC checkup was about $160 less than Pugh. Make your own decision...

I have used Pugh Heating for years. Twice a year they clean and maintain my furnace and A/C. They never disappoint me. Professional and skilled. They are the best. Don't hesitate to hire them. I pay for a yearly maintenance agreement and they have responded to issues with my a/c quickly and at no charge to me for the call.

Professional, prompt, best value, good work. This company installed a brand new furnace, thermostat, and air purifier in my home at a decent price. It was very tidy - the inspector even said so. Later, I had an issue with the filter for the air purifier (user error/my fault) and they came out the same day, the day before a holiday weekend. I also had my ducts/vents cleaned by them. Good people!

Terrible! the Technician charged me $125 just to tell me that I needed to "hire a handyman" because "they don't do that". The manager then came out after I called back 3 times trying to get resolution. He said he would have an estimate to me that night - that was 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back from them since. Very unprofessional and apparently only in the business of collecting the minimum service fee without producing any results. Zero out of 10--- do not recommend!
