Pugh Heating & Air

Have been a customer of Pugh for more than 20 years and highly recommend them. Would not use any other company for my heating or A/C needs. Jay was EXCEPTIONAL when servicing our two heating units yesterday. He went above and beyond and it's a true pleasure doing business with Pugh Heating and Air Conditioning...you will not be disappointed!

The technicians I have had out at my house were much more than your typical blue collar worker and full size work van. I appreciate how well spoken they are as well as approachable as opposed to some that van be rough around the edges. My experience has been that Pugh hires top notch people

Tyler is the best, able to find and fix problems. We have had a long relationship with Pugh and Tyler has been involved in the past (installed new furnaces) always knows what he is doing.

Doug, the technician from Pugh Heating, has done repairs on my Carrier furnace a couple of times in the last ten years. Both times he quickly diagnosed the problem, had the needed parts on his truck, and quickly had the furnace purring again. You see, this furnace was installed in 1987 by the fine folks at Pugh - probably when Doug was in elementary school. And, my next furnace will be bought from these fine people. Everyone there has been friendly, skilled, and they show concern for me as a customer.

Pugh is great! Timely, friendly, very professional. Ryan came right out when our water tank wouldn't work. He assessed the problem and cleaned a sensor. Back in business. He checked a couple other things to be sure everything was in tip top shape and was on his way. I'll have him back for all of our heating and cooling maintenance and repairs.

I appreciate Pugh's professional technicians. Dan was very knowledgeable and personable. He worked hard checking out our equipment and made good suggestions to keep it working well.

Excellent company that stands by its work and customers. An inspector told us years ago they were the best out there, and how right they were. We had an issue with a unit they installed some six years ago. They fixed the issue completely under warranty. I have never had the privilege of working with such an amazing company. They are the example that others should strive to be.

Brandon was on time, pleasant to talk to, and explained what he was doing and the reason. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived and I would be happy to recommend his services to anyone.

Alex was professional, arrived on time and as an added bonus put in our new furnace filter and took the dirty one with him!!
