These techs have mad skills! Very Professional with a neighborly feel. Pugh techs have saved me money over the years with their ability to fix and maintain my furnace/ac units. Their maintenance alone keeps my units working longer and efficient. I've never felt taken advantage of. Fair rates, great skills and exceptional service. I've had both furnace and ac emergencies, and they rushed out to fix the problem both times. The tech was prepared with parts in his truck and was able to fix the furnace on the spot, saving me a lot of money and time without heat. I'm embarrassed to say the ac was my fault, forgetting to immediately change the filter after a renovation slowing air flow (so lucky that was all it needed). I know someone that had to wait weeks for service on their ac with another company during the hottest part of summer and their freshly painted walls actually bubbled up from the humidity in the air. When you have an emergency, Pugh finds a way to move you into the schedule and not wait like others make you do. I tell everyone Pugh is the real deal!

We had our furnace replaced and a tankless water heater installed. Pugh did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. All the work was done in a timely matter and they were very accommodating with our schedule. We will continue to use their services in the future.

The techs from Pugh came in with booties and masks and within a short time had diagnosed the issue with the furnace. They went to retrieve the part and completed the task making sure to run furnace and check CO2 level. Super impressed with Mike's knowledge.

We woke up to our water heater leaking all over the floor. We called for service as soon as you opened and was set up for same day service. The guys did a GREAT job having a new heater installed by 2pm the same day!! ❤️ The guys were very compassionate as my husband got a call from his Doctor that he needed to be admitted to the hospital asap. They worked extra hard to get the job done right as soon as they could.

Called at 9:30 A.M. and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who put me on the list. Received a call from the tech about 10 minutes later with a basic quote. He arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. Resolved my issue in about a half an hour and the price was as quoted. Great service. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
