I was really impressed with the office staff and how they responded to my calls and questions. Then the service techs Kenny and Nick were courteous and excellent in explaining everything to me about what they were doing and what repairs needed to be done. Would highly recommend!

Adam, Nick, and Keatyn were awesome. They were on time, worked fast, and have always been knowledgeable. I've used Climate H&C before, and will continue to because their technicians are much more knowledgeable than ones I've interacted with in the past.

They replaced our A/C system, which runs to our basement. They placed the line as out of the way as possible when I told them I planned to refinish our basement, and they also ran the electrical wire through the joists to make sure it was also out of the way.

I look forward to using Climate H&C in the future if HVAC problems ever arise again.

I was assigned this company from American home shield to have my furnace looked at. They have an impossible arrival window of 8am-5pm and when I requested that someone come out after 330pm once my husband and i both get home from work, we were told they can't guarantee and since we live in marysville that we wouldn't be able to be the technicians last stop. I am 4 months pregnant with no heat in my house and this company showed no mercy whatsoever. They contacted American home shield and dropped me as a customer because I told the lady it was ridiculous they couldn't accommodate anything. This seems to be a very poorly ran and unprofessional company.

Adam was assigned to my work order and came out early in the time window they gave me. He explained everything to me about what the problem with my ac unit was. He fixed the problem very quickly and with care. I would highly suggest using this company for your needs

These folks were contacted to come in and repair the issues that were misdiagnosed by a previous company. There were multiple issues left on the table the previous company were just going to ignore and was just going to slap on a bandaid and some unnecessary repairs that I would need to front out of pocket. Confirmed by this company the repairs for the freon replacement was not needed. Other issues were found and were ignored by the previous company. I look forward to them completing their work.
