The guys did exactly what I asked, filling up the system with freon. They performed the service I asked for. That was until I read the charges. I was very specific about what had happened already. I had paid for a diagnostic service before they came. The AC only needed freon, which they put in and charged me for. BUT they also charged me $120.00 for diagnostic service, which they did not do as I had explained the previous diagnosis. I only saw them fill up the freon and leave. The bill showed the $120.00 diagnostic charge which I thought was excessive for doing nothing else.

They were very efficient and thorough!
