I had Hurst replace my HVAC system last week. They did a great job for a reasonable price and were very polite. Highly recommend!

Needed my HVAC units checked out as we are selling our home. Wesley came out quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient and found no problems. Just service and no salesmanship . Something that is rare in this day and age of trying to sell you something you don’t need. The old saying …..:: “ if it ain’t broke , don’t fix it” still works for me. Thanks you Wesley

Called hurst on Christmas Eve hear went out. Didn’t have no heat. Called around was totaled to call Hurst. Called spoke with Jeff the owner. Was very professional and concerned. Told me he would get someone out that day. I was shocked but relieved. He sent JJ out very professional and very helpful. He had me up and going with in 20 mins. I’m so very thankful for Hurst heating and Air. I will always use them and recommend them to everyone. They gave me a blessed Christmas. They are very reasonably priced. And very professional. They were not only significantly less expensive than other companies, their response time to calls is AMAZING, generally within 1 hour or less. Everyone from administration, to techs, to the owner have been wonderful and helpful. My business is very happy to have found them and I plan to use the for my own home!

Professional HVAC tech here. Moved to Knoxville a month ago, and twice now I’ve come behind Hurst on system changeouts. Both times have been extraordinarily horrible. First it was 3 pieces of duct board, 1 piece of sheet metal, and some tape making up a section of duct. Now it’s a whole house’s ductwork, none of it being sealed. House has negative pressure, duct insulation is soaked. Strapped up so tight there are airflow restrictions.

We have used Hurst and only Hurst for many years for maintenance and repair work on our H & A unit. Due to the quality of work they provide, and with minimal expense on our part, we were able to get 20+ years out of our unit. One of the things you can count on is that they don't try to upsale when you have a repair issue. If the problem can be corrected with a $20 part plus the service call, then that's exactly what is offered, and the repair sticks.

We decided to replace the unit along with the duct work, and they are finishing up this morning. Dusty and Anthony have done a superior job. They have been prompt, professional, courteous and polite. They were patient and willing to answer any questions that I had - and I asked quite a few, lol. This is what you get with every person that works there. Jeff should be the standard that all service industry business owners model themselves after.

To sum it all up - if you want prompt, reliable, and superior service from people who know what they're doing, that stand by their work, and are affordable to top it off, then Hurst is the only place to call.

These folks are the best! We bought a new home and had them install a new thermostat. I had called some of the companies that advertise often on the radio, but neither of them would give me even a ballpark figure on cost. I had heard of Hurst through my employer so gave them a call. They told me on the phone straight up what the cost would be. And their cost is a Lot less than the 'popular' competitors! This morning we woke up to no heat, but Hurst came to the rescue shortly after I called them and replaced a fuse that had gone bad. Great company to work with! I will recommend them to everyone!
