We had Deer Heating and Cooling out this past week for our bi-annual HVAC maintenance.
Zach did a great job in servicing both of our A/C units, uncovered an issue with one of the outdoor units (that would have caused bigger issues this summer!) replacing the item needed, along with replacing the thermostat that was causing our unit not to run!
Deer replaced both of our HVAC units several years ago and has performed the recommended maintenance on them ever since. We've learned the hard way that the recommended maintenance is a MUST to prevent having to deal with more major issues in the heat of the summer and coldest of winters when you need your air and heat to be at top working order!
If you're in the market for a new HVAC system, or general maintenance, I strongly recommend calling Deer for quality service at a fair price!

Deer Heating and Cooling has been my choice for over ten years! Recently, John and Andrew installed a steam-heat system in our home and the service was phenomenal! They were friendly, on-time, kind/courteous, quick with the install, and knowledgeable on the product (even though it's not a typical product they install/carry). On top of that, after the installation, they realized there was a better way to install the humidistat, so they took it apart and re-installed it to make sure we had the best installation, service, and function out of the system. I've never had someone go that that length to make sure I was happy with service - it was jaw dropping and set the standard! Thank you John, Andrew, and Deer Heating and Cooling!

We had an issue where the furnace would not turn on. They were very prompt and provided a quick response to fix the problem which involved replacing a circuit board that had a short. Great service and I will use again.

Joe Applegate was prompt, attentive and very professional in his diagnostic visit to check out our condenser. He promised to give us multiple options with the help of a customer service rep with an estimate to fix our unit, but in his preliminary visit his services were very good.

Showed up early, very professional knowledgeable and provided expert help getting system up an running - first, furnace would not turn on and send power to thermostat. Fixed all of the issues, installed the new thermostat in under an hour. I will be calling Deer for all my future HVAC needs!

Update: April 2022
We were so impressed with our ductless unit, we decided to install another in a second room. Once more, the service was outstanding. Josh, Briase, Micah, and Andrew from Deer were very professional and worked quickly to get the unit installed. And, again, they were very respectful and courteous!

Our first introduction to Deer was through their Comfort Consultant Tom.
He was very professional and informed about the product we wanted. He listened and alleviated any concern that I had, and was able to answer all questions. In addition, it was very helpful that he was able to provide us with a work estimate on the spot. Tom also took the time to meet with us and introduce the install team on the morning of our work order. Josh, John, and Andrew were awesome! Despite pouring rain during most of the installation, they did a absolutely, fantastic job! They were extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the install, and clearly knew what they were doing. In addition to their outstanding work performance, they were very respectful and courteous. I would 100% recommend the team and Deer Heating and Cooling! And, importantly, I am extremely satisfied with the unit and its performance.
