Litton Brothers AC & Heating

They did my furnace after I bought my house and just quickly came out and got my air conditioning working for me.

Very knowledgeable, fast, and had all the equipment he needed for every situation.

When I moved into my 1950’s house in 2008, a Litton Brothers sticker was on the furnace so I called them first when my furnace was blowing out cold air. Kevin immediately called me to schedule a visit. He serviced the furnace and educated me on the cause of the issue and its resolution. I continued calling them for seasonal maintenance and recently for the replacement of the old HVAC units in my home because of the great service they always provide.

I had a Lenox dual fuel system in my house. The heat pump stopped working and I was referred to Litton Bros. by a co-worker. When they came out to fix the unit, the service technician was extremely polite. He worked on my unit off and on for two days trying to figure out from the manufacture what could be causing the issue. He finally got the system up and running and worked like a charm. He was extremely fair and wanted to make sure the unit was working to my satisfaction. Cannot say enough of how good this company was and how responsive and dedication I witnessed with our technician. Highly recommend calling Litton Bros. for your heating/air conditioning service needs.

My service Tech name was Kevin. First off I will say that he was extremely professional and polite. I called Litton Brothers to come out and look at my AC unit and to leave a voicemail. When they called me back to schedule a service visit I did not expect it to be that same day but it was. Kevin was on time (early actually) for our appointment. The fix to my AC unit was simple enough (had my furnace replaced this past winter and the company supplied by my home warranty forgot to wire in the AC system - it was a below 0 winter so being cool wasn't a concern...am i right?). $60 and some change for the service call, repair and 30 mins of labor. I wouldn't have had a problem paying more just due to how pleasant Kevin was and his punctuality.

Litton Brothers recently replaced my outside air conditioning unit and did an awesome job though I wasnt there for the event , my wife said the guys were friendly and that evening the house felt awesome...I later called and thanked them and they said they appreciated having me for a customer....I couldn't be more pleased with them and will have them out annually for routine maintenance. Thanks again guys!

This dude knows his stuff and litterly helped me save money instead of shafting me he told me the how, when and where to fix my AC for cheap and then he would come in and fix the rest that requires recharging the AC and other items only HVAC guys can do. He litterly saved me well over $1500 and then cut me a deal because he had to cancel the first time moving to Saturday and cut $40 off the bill. Anything HVAC for myself or anyone this is the guy I call
