Travis took care of everything to keep our HVAC units running well. He was prompt & professional. I highly recommend DEER Heating & Cooling for service & maintenance. I’ve been using them for six years and couldn’t be happier !

Deer serviced my non-functioning A/C unit and quickly replaced the capacitor to repair it. I really appreciate that they didn't try to up-sell me into replacing the entire unit, and also that they worked me in a whole day before my original scheduled appointment. Switched to Deer from another company and have been very pleased with choice. Their promptness as well as they willingness to service our attic system is appreciated. Highly recommend their Safety & Efficeincy Agreement as they routinely monitor your system to ensure that issues that arise are addressed quickly, rather than only discovering it when your system no longer works.

Had our mini-split and heat pump systems (both installed by Deer) checked on 1/24/23. Techs were prompt and professional. Found a bad capacitor on heat pump and replaced at reasonable cost. Deer is our choice for repairs and new installs of HVAC.

I have been using DEER for 12+ years and have always received great service. Recently I had a new HVAC unit installed by DEER. Jason the estimator was very professional and politely answered all my questions. John and Andrew provided us a clean and professional installation. John the lead installer even stated they like to perform work as if they were doing it for themselves. That statement meant a lot to me. Thanks again Team DEER!

Installation of new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater into a small closet. Our salesman Jason was wonderful with his no high pressured sales pitch to the great pricing. Our installers Josh and Casey were professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. What should have taken an 8 hour day ended taking 14 hours because the standard 20 inch water heater wouldn’t fit in our closet. Our installers had to stop installation until the search for a water heater that fit could be found. Eventually a water heater was found. After running after it they were able to finish the installation. Josh and Casey stayed on even though hungry and tired to see the job was complete to their and our own satisfaction. A job well done. I appreciate their hard work and dedication on completing the job not leaving us with no heat and no water.

Shisters can track their own serial numbers. Sounds strange. Caution!

Update even worse than originally discovered. With some due diligence from another company’s technician we were able to resubmit the serial number and it was still under warranty. He wouldn’t be able to gouge the the manufacturer with high way robbery so he went the route with trying to rip off my elderly mother who’s 84 years old. Shame on you. Fast, dishonest money always comes back to get you. I am going to let everyone I possibly can know about your business practice and great set of values. Shame on you, shame,shame,shame.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his team of installers, John, Andrew, and Brett, for our HVAC installation. They exceeded our expectations in every way possible!
