My experience with Deer Heating and cooling began with the salesman named Tom. He was informative, gave me several options which met our lifestyle and how we use heating and A/C. There was NO gimmicks like the price is only good today, or if you sign today I will charge your A/C free. Our 25 year old A/C was out and it was 92 degrees that day. Deer was next to the lowest bidder, I refused to do business with the lowest bidder. The system selected did not contain every latest and greatest technology but did met all the new high efficiency standards. As soon as I called Tom and told him he got the job he was out and charged our a/c for free to keep us cool during these hot July days until the new system was installed.
The installers Josh and David, arrived promptly, and did not fool around tearing out the old system and installing the new. They did take the time to address any questions and concerns I had. They were also polite and friendly. They had all the parts on hand that the job required, none of that running to a big box store for something else. They completely cleaned up after themselves both inside and out and hauled everything away.
From beginning to end Deer heating and cooling deserved this 5 star rating as represented by their personnel.
