Joe installed A/C and furnace in August 2022. He forgot to check furnace and left gas valve off. Pipes burst. His card states insured but he will not take care of the problem 1/12/2023. Pipes burst 12/22/2022. The above reviews are so old. Nothing current. Distressed customer going to have to sue

Joe was prompt, professional and his pricing was very fair when installing a new furnace and ac at my rental property. I even had him come give a second opinion at my home when another company said I needed to get my ac replaced (they were supposed to be there just to do a tuneup). Joe helped me avoid wasting thousands of dollars and reassured me that no, I should not replace my ac. If he would have told me I needed a new one, I would have bought it and from him—but joe is the kind of guys more contractors should aspire to be—he valued giving me the truth (that I’ve still got a few years on my unit) over getting another sale.
