2 Service calls and $273 in charges and received no diagnosis on my furnace. All technician Joe could tell me after the second service call was that they specialize in Lennox products not Tempstar. It took three times and three different technicians to come out and actually find out what was wrong with our system and one of the men actually flirted with my wife, he asked her to rub his head and asked her if she was home alone, I would never recommend this company to anyone they are the worst and very rude.

Fred is ALWAYS willing to help people out with their HVAC concerns. He knows his stuff and can walk people through most repairs. They prefer HVAC tech but will help the general public

I went there to buy some parts for my furnace and delt with fred he was great he is very knowledgeable about hvac I'm no professional so I know nothing about hvac but I was able to tell him what was going on and he was able to get me parts same day ended up being a bad circuit board he described how to remove and replace it and within 45 minutes of my purchase furnace was running great

Had a Lennox heat pump and air handler put in seven years ago and had it inspected for the first time and everything checked out. Thanks William Brockman for the fine work you do.
