I pride myself on fixing things myself. After a judicious googling of the issues, i was able to diagnose the issue in my furnace myself (bad hot surface igniter), I called in to see if they had the part. Fred was very helpful in determining the broken igniter was already an aftermarket on my 20yo furance but said if I came in he could help me find on in stock that would work.

I went in and Fred immediately determined which one i had, and had a new replacement ready to go. He even took the igniter off of the bracket and put the new one on for me.

They very well may have earned my loyalty based on this first excellent experience. Not all hvac companies sell to individual homeowners so it was nice to work with a company that took me at my word as to the issue and didnt try to sell me on trying to have a tech come out.

Luckily, the part was installed and im getting head again! very pleased with my experience.

Just did a furnace and coil replacement today. Good guys. Reasonable prices. Got the job done in less time than I expected. Will come back in the spring for a follow up/check-up. Don't expect any issues. Would recommend for any HVAC work.

Called this morning with no a/c. By 3:00 I was up and running. Just needed a condensate pump. Cost was below my expectation. My unit is older so I was expecting a sales pitch for a new unit. Phil my tech was great and super nice to my dogs! I highly recommend Brockman & Sons!

I have not yet utilized their services, but I was in need of parts for my HVAC unit, which they unfortunately didn't have on hand. They didn't hesitate to tell me where to go to purchase the blower motor I was in need of. This kind of assistance, in the face of not making a sale with me, has put this company on the radar for future service work when it arises! Brockman and sons quoted me for a 2 ton Lennox AC replacement in June.
This was to replace a unit that failed after 20 years.
After price comparing with 3 other HVAC companies I went with Brockman and sons.
They were the most affordable. Their work was exemplary. No issues. Easy.
I recommend them to anyone.

Edit sometime in 2019:
They troubleshot an issue with the fan staying on. Turns out a nest was in the compressor outside. $150 and I’m back up and running. Pretty happy about it.

Love these people. This is one of the few places that will sell me parts. I will be going here forever. Also very knowledgeable.

My outside AC unit was smashed during the storm. I had requested several quotes from multiple companies to just replace the outdoor unit as everything else was fairly new and not damaged. Everyone else was giving me a ridiculous quote and saying they had to replace the whole system which was not necessary. William Brockman & Sons did exactly what I requested by only replacing the outdoor unit and for a fair price and quickly too. I would recommend them.

Excellent Business!!! I was desperate for a heating repair in freezing weather. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to get us up and running. Highly recommend!

They are the best and most honest AC company I ever had to deal with. The service person know what he was doing and most of all they let buy the part needed and I replaced it. Brockman and Sons continues to distinguish itself as the best HVAC company in the Dayton area. The company's owner, George Brockman, is an outstanding individual who deeply cares about the customer. Most recently, we had a mini-split installed in our backroom. George took the time to come out and answer all our questions (we had a lot) prior to installation. Installers Dave and Jordan did great work ensuring the system was working properly and addressing questions we had along the way.
