I am very pleased with all of my dealings with Atlas Butler. From my beginning phone call, Chad who came out and spoke with me about what would be done with a new air conditioner, and the gentlemen who came out to do the installation. I gave them an A+. Everyone was professional and very kind. All of my questions were answered. The final product looks fantastic.
They are taking advantage of senior citizens for a 45 minute job replacing two parts that can be bought the exact Parts at Home Depot for $80 they charge $631 this really taking advantage of Senior Citizens I could have had the whole faucet replaced for half that price I think somebody needs to report them to the Consumer Affairs of the state of Ohio if they've had this issue I know I am. Any other taking advantage stories?
Atlas butler is amazing! We have had four different associates out in the last 24 hours after our AC unit stopped working and they have all been so professional, helpful, and great to work for. I would highly recommend them. Sam who came today to install the new unit was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
Outstanding help with a failed air conditioning system. Nate was an excellent technician who was able to quickly troubleshoot the failed component and I was back in business in short order.
He was on time with courteous arrival updates by text and phone. He wore booties on his feet without me asking, which I would have as we don shoes in the house.
Over all great service and prices for the work performed.
Atlas Butler really cares about their customers. They fixed my issue quickly and professionally. Andrew was my tech and he was outstanding. I would definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends and family.
My technician was very nice, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. He sent a notice ahead of time, and arrived very quickly. Atlas doesn't charge extra for weekend services either, so that was appreciated. I will call them again if I ever need to. Thank you very much.
I’m very happy with the prompt service and response from Atlas Butler. My initial service call gave me an 8-10pm arrival window for the technician, which was surprisingly bumped up to 5pm instead. The technician was thorough in diagnostics and gave me several options and suggested new system replacement for my 30 year old original Atlas Butler unit. Sales Rep Brian Bertke was dispatched for a 7pm follow-up appointment. He provided a knowledgeable overview of systems and options that would work best with my home. The new installation was then scheduled in 2 days. The 2-person service team Peter & Nate arrived promptly on time and were courteous and professional. They worked diligently from 8am-3pm, and had everything up and running in no time. Many Thanks!
I'm pleased I decided to go with Atlas Butler for my new HVAC system. Looking forward to the comfort and efficiency. The salesperson and the installers were very professional, did a good job, were helpful, courteous and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend.
Though I felt charges to be a bit high, I am grateful as a senior citizen that I was able to get my air conditioning back online after only a few hours without it. Mr Meadows was exceptionally knowledgeable, considerate, clean and neat, and very professional. Has a retired contractor and board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, (I served for one year on the board of directors with Mark Swepson), I knew that your people have reputation for professionalism and being knowledgeable. Mr Meadows found the problem and repaired it in very short order. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and family. I would however recommend that you have a discount for seniors and veterans, both of which I am. All in all I was very pleased with the service and Mr Meadows. Came out fair conditioner repair but ended up deciding to replace heater and air. Repair guys was polite, explained all his findings- discussed repair vs replacement pros and cons as well as pricing and maintenance service agreement. He even played a bit with my 11 month old twin grandsons who were curious about this new person in the house.
