I definitely recommend Atlas Butler. There have a very flexible schedule so you never have to wait for an appointment. They are always professional and knowledgeable and always make sure to point out all options - including those that save the customer money.

Zach was one of the best technicians I've ever worked with. He was respectful, kind, answered my questions clearly, and even talked with my my cats! When he finished installing the new hot water tank, he explained the controls and how to drain the tank annually.
Throughout the hours he was here, he worked efficiently. He replaced the closet door that needed to be removed and cleaned up after himself. I'm grateful for his skilled expertise.

I was having issue with my tankless water heater. Your tech (Mike) came out and charged me $800 to run a new gas line which ultimately didn’t end up fixing the issue. Called in to customer support and spoke to a manager that asked me to take a video of the new gas line and send it to his phone. I didn’t hear anything back from him and was told there probably wasn’t much he could do without charging me more. So now I feel like I spent $809 for no reason and your company won’t even send out a tech to make sure that the gas line pressure is adequate or if the installation of a new gas line was even necessary. I will be calling another company to investigate and I won’t be using Atlas Butler for any fixes in the future

Spent a day and a half interacting with this company. Estimate was $7000 after all was said . Got all set up. Decided to get second opinion. Didn't discuss previous estimate with new company. The new bill was $500.00. Big big difference. New Company were super professional, honest, fair priced, and exceeded all expectations .

Do not use this company they did my A/C and Furnace brand new replacement in Aug 2020 and soon after it was replaced in not even 2 months latter I had them back out to fix it. I spent well over 10,000 dollars. The following year I had them back out to replace the coil on the inside of my furnace in 2021 which they claim they didn't but I have the records to prove it in court. Which I now have to take them to court to prove. When I ask for some to come out this past Saturday to look the tech didn't even look at my furnace where the problem was he just went to my ace out back for less then 5 min. and came back around and told me I had a leak and there was nothing they can do. Which was a lie. If you have an extra 10,000 plus to waist call them if you want a good company to do it for a fair price call echo plumber they are taking care of me where atlas butler couldn't.

I can only speak to the purchase and installation so far, I just had the new HVAC system installed yesterday.
The process of selecting an HVAC option with the sales agent was smooth and informative. The installation that took place yesterday was done in an efficient manner. The techs were professional and the process painless from my end and completed in a day. Atlas Butler was ready to bid and had the system installed while I was still waiting for call backs from other vendors.

Everything from start to finish was great!!!! Zack analyzed our exterior drainage problems and was polite and very professional.
He made several suggestions and his final price was fair. Then Andrew came today and he was also polite, professional and efficient. He answered all my questions and completed each repair very thoroughly. Now I am waiting to have my exterior lines "jetted". My experience plumbing, heating and air condition has always exceeded my expectations.

Atlas was great. Came on time, flushed my tankless water heater. The sales guy quoted the tech a different price, but the on-site tech handled it well and honored my originally understood price. I’d use them again for future maintenance.

It was very informative, but a little scare tactic used. Technician was very eager to sell a replacement unit than to provide a reasonable repair option. Will consider a replacement option at a later date. Thx.

Jacob was prompt, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our A/C back on in a very short time. He then checked the temperatures and operation of the system. He was positive polite and professional. I highly recommend this company and Jacob. Thank you
