I had a small, last minute plumbing job that needed to be done same day. A technician came at the earlier time of the range I was given and got the job done quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the same day service!

We used Atlas Butler in the past for heating and air but this time we used them to replace our battery backup sump pump that was about to go out. Alex came and was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and went over our options without any pressure. He made the repairs, actually replaced the whole system, in a short amount of time. I didn't realize they did plumbing but I will use them again.

Atlas Butler was very responsive and arrived on time. The technician was very professional and assessed the problem with our clogged drain. He did not rush through the job and made sure that the drain was completely cleared.

Atlas Butler provided great and informative service for fixing a pin hole leak on a pipe. Having the service plan is a huge savings with free service calls to understand the actual issue. The Techs always provide several options to help select the best solution.
They have always been my go to for repairs with quality work.

Needed HVAC assessment within 24 hrs for rental property, called 5 HVAC companies and none of them had availability until 7 days out. Called Atlas Butler and they were out the next day. Service fees align with expectations amd and they came out performed a maintenance/ full assessment determined non-issue with the unit. I will call them first next time I have any issues with my HVAC.

Summary : Tried to scam us. We had to call Columbus Worthington Air to validate the furnace was fine.

Full story: November 2022 we had them out to fix an issue with the furnace (unrelated to current issue). The responder was courteous, professional and fixed the problem without issue. Because he did a great job we signed up for their membership to keep our furnace and A/C tuned up during the year.

Fast forward to last week (March 2023) and we schedule them to come out to do the free membership review of our AC. The guy comes over and starts checking our furnace instead of the AC. I’m on a work meeting in the house so he tells my wife that our six year old furnace has a cracked heat exchanger. He then tells her that it’s extremely dangerous and that we should replace the whole furnace because it will be the same price as replacing the part. She asks why the previous tech didn’t notice it and at first he said they didn’t catch it (but later said it could have just happened). My wife tells him she will discuss it with me.

After then going out to check the AC he came back to once again try to hard sell that we need a new furnace now. After she tells him that she researched heat exchanger and it is half the price of a new furnace he then started to tell her how dangerous it was and that we should buy a new furnace now. She says no and he says he really should call the gas company to turn the gas off. She kicks him out for threatening her.

After my call I schedule Columbus Worthington Air to come out and check the piece. After a thorough hour long check (vs the Atlas Butler ~10 minute review of the furnace), says he sees absolutely no sign of any cracks. He also confirmed there were fail safes on the furnace so carbon monoxide was very unlikely to be an issue if the piece did break in the future.

I will be calling to cancel my Atlas Butler membership this coming week.

Had a problem with my AC not working properly. Called Atlas after hours. Michael found the problem right away and corrected it. He explained everything he did and was very nice and courteous. I highly recommend Atlas.

Extremely thorough cleaning and dust removal from all ductwork throughout the entire house. Technician Mike was extremely knowledgeable and efficient while being very informative throughout the entirety of the service A+++++ Five star service. The technician, James R., was great. He diagnosed the issue and took time to explain what was happening to the AC unit and what my options were.

Atlas Butler Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater after our previous tankless of 12 years had deteriorated to a point where it could not be trusted. The tech providing the estimate, and the installers were great. Very professional and meticulous. I highly recommend.
