I cannot tell you how pleased we are with Stewart and Central Heating & Air Conditioning Co. He came over for an estimate and wrote a proposal for us and was there to answer any questions. I believe we received more than a fair price for the work that was done - we received a new furnace, air conditioning unit, a put a another unit upstairs. We had radiant heating/boiler and no air conditioning - so they had to run all the duck work downstairs and upstairs! The crew was amazing, professional, courteous, and very nice! They took out our boiler and radiators and cleaned up everything! He has followed up to make sure everything is going well! I would HIGHLY recommend them - A+++ This is how a professionally run company operates. Again - if you need anything for heating and cooling - call Stewart, you will not be disappointed.

Called them in desperation when my 30-year-old furnace died and was pronounced unfixable by another HVAC company. The owner came himself to assess the situation. He was able to get the old furnace running, so we had heat for the several days that we had to wait for a new unit to be installed. The install crew from Central H&AC were prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. Installation took almost 2 full days (for furnace+air cleaner+humidifier) but was worth it. We are now once again comfortable in our home.

Good service, very professional, answered my questions about a possible future purchase. Serviceman gave a thorough explanation of procedures he was performing during annual furnance inspection. This was the 2nd time I have had the same serviceman and he was very pleasant to deal with.

We began to use Central when Stu still sold "wholesale to the public". His response to a mess created by another contractor is the reason we've called him for 26 years. Every employee is courteous and professional; estimates are true and follow-up is prompt.
His services cost slightly more, but it truly is a case of "You get what you pay for."

I am very happy with the service I received from Central Heating and Air Conditioning. I had my outdoor air conditioning unit moved to a new location to create more room and to cut down on noise on my backyard patio. Service men were professional and courteous.

Central Heating and Air Conditioning technician Ken provided excellant service and honest advice regarding our HVAC issues. We recently purchased a new home and he serviced our aging air conditioner and air cleaner. No high pressure sales. They are our go to HVAC specialists.

After being told by another local heating/cooling company that I needed to completely replace my HVAC unit for over $4,000 because of a water leak, I had Stewart from Central Heating and Air come for a second opinion. I was shocked when he told me that the unit was completely fine and didn't need to be replaced! He took the time to personally explain the entire situation to me. He said he would love to replace the unit for me (it is over 20 years old), but that the water leak that I had noticed was coming from the condo unit above me, not my AC unit. Stewart was completely honest, in an industry where that clearly isn't always the case. To top it off, he didn't even charge me for the service call, but simply stated that he hoped I would consider his company for future repairs. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB against the other company, because they are either completely incompetent or completely dishonest. I can assure that I will use Central Heating and Air in the future because of their integrity and diagnostic ability.

I purchased my furnace and air conditioning system in 2008. They did the maintenance and were very professional, efficient, on time and knowledgeable. Kenny knows heating and cooling like the back of his hand.
