Jacob was on time, professional and answered all my questions.

Had a new furnace and air conditioning installed by Central. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and NICE. Stu's crew added a new heat duct in our master bedroom, a new heat duct in the family room, and a second cold air return in the living room... they also straightened out the pipes for the humidifier. My bedroom and family room are now WARM for the first time in 25 years.
Stu is a great guy, and he hires great people. Would recommend them to anyone!

The lady that answered the phone was very kind and patient with me. Interested in details of my issue. The service manager was sent out to a rental property of mine and called me on his way to review the issue and called twice from the property to keep me posted. Everything’s working great now.

Fast and friendly service. Only place in town that services Home Heating Oil Furnaces at a decent price. Technician was very friendly and allowed me to watch throughout the entire cleaning process while also giving tips on common issues to look out for with oil furnaces. Definitely recommend their service to anyone in the area with an Oil burning furnace.

Took a day off of work for a hot water tank
repair. When I call to check on the status I was told that the wrong part had come in and they wouldn't be able to come and install until to morrow which I would have to take another day off of work, no one even gave me the courtesy to call and let me know this. If didn't take tomorrow's date that I will have to wait to after the holidays which was ridiculous.
