Outstanding service! They came out to fabricate a few heater boots and the representative they sent was Ken V - Outstanding Work Ethic! He gave lots of advice on the furnace that other furnace reps have not for years! He gave helpful tips on how to save money, and was very thorough and did a perfect job!
They also were able to come right away - and able to adjust their schedule to fit mine, on a last minute notice. The owner of the company is also very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Excellent A++ customer service for Ken V.

I had a new boiler installed. The company and employees where very prompt and professional. I had gone out to other companies for quotes. Some of them never even called back or were not timely. Central was there when they said they would and was very helpful in helping me understand the process and functioning of new unit. Glad I found a new go to company for all my HVAC needs.

Central heating is the best, especially my technician, Kinnie. He has been servicing my air and heating system for over ten years. I always request him. He is kind, compassionate, concerned about your HVAC needs, and most of all the ultimate professional. The entire company are community oriented professionals. I have experienced two emergencies the last year. Last June, one of the hottest weeks of the summer, my air conked out; Central had me back in business in less than a week. In March, I suffered water in my basement which affected my furnace and hot water tank-Kinnie to the rescue. I can’t say enough positives about this company. my furnace. The service was exemplary. Everything checked out OK. The
technician, Nick, was very good and explained everything that he was doing. One more example of their excellent communication. I learned quite a bit about my furnace. I have been so pleased with the quality provided by Central Heating & Air Conditioning during the process of acquiring my new HVAC system. I would quickly recommend them.

I have had several units attended to by Central Heating Company....Every technician was professional and knew what he was doing....the FIRST time. I had anew furnace installed in a very tige space and it was done properly and without a mess....these people work clean. I also had an emergency come up with a water heater and they were more than accommodating to get someone to the house to rectify the situation.
The general inspection when I purchased a service agreement (at very reasonable cost) was done thoroughly and with full explanation as to what they were doing. I'm quite please that I was given the name of this company....I'm looking forward to a long relationship...

Everybody I talked to was very friendly. The person who came to my house was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing. He was polite and went out of his way to make sure he got the job done. I highly recommend them.

Price was right. Two men spent two days removing an old furnace and air conditioner. They did an outstanding job. They tested both systems to make sure both worked correctly, then instructed me on proper filter replacement, and new computer thermostat. I would recommend Central to anyone.
