I called Central Heating & Air to come look at my AC when it wasn't working this spring, and was able to schedule an appointment convenient to me just a few days out. Greg was communicative, on time, friendly, and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and had me up and running for a fair price within an hour. I'll definitely use them again!

The technician seemed more anxious to sell products than to perform a thorough diagnosis of our furnace. He provided four estimates of the cost to replace our furnace and left two furnace brocures. The cost was listed on one line with no breakdown of component costs. The furnace models selected were for units lacking features on our current hvac. Unacceptable to present a $12,000+ purchase in this fashion.

I have had good dealings with this company in the past, but if they do not convince they will provide better service in the future, tjey will get no further business from me.
