Kenny came very late in the evening. It was so late, I felt sorry for him since I knew he was out in the sun all day. He asked a few questions about what the AC was doing and immediately said ‘It’s one or two things’. Took out two screws, opened the cover and pulled a leaf out of the relays contacts & the AC came to life. He then educated me on what non-professionals needed to do if they wanted to safely do what he had done. He then ran some tests and closed up the unit. Very professional and on time. I couldn’t be happier. Some unscrupulous people might have tried to sell me a new unit but he just said if you have any other problems give us a call. He also gave me some parting tips on how to extended the life of the unit. Very impressed. Will call if we have any other problems.

Ken was the best service man that has ever come to our house. He started out by asking several questions about our furnace performance. He then proceeded to perform an inspection/cleaning of our furnace. He told me what he was doing and why on everything he did. He was very professional and customer focused.

Nick (our technician) was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair work that was done. I used another repair place for the same repair 4 years ago and they were more expensive and tried to push buying a new unit when we did not need one. I liked the fact that the tech was willing to work with the customer. I would highly recommend using Central Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for service or repairs.

My service guy Nick was absolutely AMAZING. Because of his customer service I will be a repeat customer! He was professional and very informative. He wanted to ensure we were 100% satisfied before he left. He made sure his area was clean and that he completed the job 100%! He also walked me through what he was doing and how to correct the issue moving forward! I highly recommend Central because even the receptionist that took my call was simply amazing! We have used Central Heating and Air Conditioning since 1991. They have always been professional, fairly priced, and extremely knowledgeable. This most recent service was on a system that they did not install. The technician found multiple problems, including a drain pipe that was not connected to the drain! His knowledge and experience will quite possibly safe us from future water damage. I absolutely recommend this company.

Central Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new boiler in our 100 year old house 3 years ago. It was a job of perfection and we have had no problems with it. They come for an annual skimming and check up and Ken, the technician, explains very clearly what is needed on our end to keep things working smoothly. Much appreciated. Very respectful and professional staff.

I've used Central for installation and maintenance for more than twenty years, and they are always on the ball and very dependable. We all get discouraged spending the money on service, but it is great to have a vendor with knowledgeable techs who supply great service. I recommend their annual service contract as you can always be sure that when you wake in the morning on a cold day, your heat will be running. I purchased a Trane heat pump and gas furnace from them 20+ years ago, and it is still at the top of the line for performance, and heats and cools my home great.

Repairman Ken knew what he was doing. He gave honest answers to our questions and provided his opinion. We trusted his work and appreciated his friendly personality while he did a Clean and Check on our furnace. We will recommend Central Heating anytime someone inquires.

I'm writing this review not even 10min after my scheduled service because it was just so, so great! I had a problem with my AC - the unit would not turn on. Nick, the amazing technician sent to help, assessed and solved my problem in record time. He was fast, efficient, and extremely patient as he explained everything I needed to know. I have never had a more positive customer service experience. If Nick is on the case you're absolutely in good hands. Central Heating & Air Conditioning will forever be my go-to.

So incredibly impressed by the service provided by Greg B. I actually learned from this visit...which is saying a lot since I've had my boiler serviced annually for over 35 years! Very pleased with everything! Will definitely contact Central Heating & Air Conditioning again next year!
