Quality Comfortt Home is the best! We had a water heater emergency on a Sunday night. We contacted them and they were here Monday morning to fix it! They were so affordable and accommodating. We didn’t go without hot water. Thank you!

My husband and I are new to the home improvement game. Our contractor had Quality Comfort get into contact with us because we needed a reliable recommendation. We had a consultation with Ryan Hein and can’t say enough good things about him. He spent so much time answering our questions, even the ones un-related to HVAC. He explained components and all systems in a way that is easy to understand. Although we didn’t get any other quotes, friends and family have been surprised about the affordability of our future AC/furnace install. Our furnace stopped working randomly, so we called quality comfort to come check it out. The technician, Austin, was intelligent, courteous, and quick. Our furnace is now running great less than half a day from when the issue started.

As a 25 year old woman who bought an older house and has little idea on how to maintenance it, I was nervous when my furnace stopped working randomly on the coldest night of the season so far. I called Quality Comfort Home Services and Scott came out the very next day, right on time. My house was 55 degrees when he got here and he got right to work. As a young woman who lives alone, it was phenomenal that they send out a picture of the tech so I knew exactly who I was opening my door for. He offered me advice for the future (like not to turn off the gas) and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out there was a dead bird in my motor. He also helped take care of a wasp nest that has been plaguing my walkway for months, which was so kind. My house was up to 68 degrees before he left. At no point did I feel that Scott was treating me as anything less than he would treat family. It was a great experience all around, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: Original Review Below, The company did eventually change the charge to those advertised on the website. I can understand the confusion, as it's definitely kind of confusion how the city gets away listing it at the square footage it does (especially since it's not). However, the service just isn't worthwhile. I would rate them a 5 star for their other service, but the vent cleaning is a 1 star.

Charged $1000 for duct cleaning service. I have two systems servicing about 2400 sqft and was shocked at the price. I would find someone else if you need your ducts clean. The company does have some good fairly priced services. Tune ups and system checks have been wonderful with the technicians going beyond expectations.

Changing my review to 1 star as I have the appraisal listing the exact square footage of the home (that's ducted and counts as finished) and I was quoted one price and then they charged me another. They said they have me on a recorded line but can't provide that of course.

I used Quality Comfort to clean my HVAC duct work (I prefer to use independent businesses when I can) and was very pleased with their professionalism and service. The technician took his time and did a thorough job, providing before and after photos. The final cost was exactly what I was quoted, no added surprises. I would recommend them for this service.

Ryan came out to the house and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He showed me exactly what went wrong with my old system. Gave me some options on what could be done. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need.
The ladies that answer the phones/dispatch/schedule/etc also couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Very accommodating.
I wasn’t home when the installation crew came out (my wife was) but she was happy with them. They did the job within the estimated time given. Maybe even a little less.
I waited a little while to give this review so I could see how well the new AC worked, if they would do a follow up, etc. So now that it’s been installed for almost two weeks I would say job well done by a great company.

Quality Comfort made getting a new HVAC system super easy and low-stress. Our old system went out unexpectedly in the heat of summer, and they were very quick to send someone out with options for us. The installation was fast and efficient and the installation team was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

We love Quality Comfort! We never have to wait for someone to come out. Their staff is so polite and great at explaining things to us. Their prices were better than we expected and I never feel like they are upselling us. We had issues with our upstairs being too hot and while they could have just insisted on us buying fans to force more air through the vents, they sent out one of their experts that showed us how to adjust our airflow in winter and summer to keep our 2nd floor comfortable all year round.

Just bought a new house and the furnace was giving us some trouble, call them and they sent a technician named Josh prows out and he was amazing. Very professional and help me out so much. Definitely recommend them.
