Tech came out was professional, he was honest. Ended up being just my thermostat not being pushed completely into the wall that was sending a low signal to the furnace. He didn't try to lie to me. He gave me recommendations on other services no pressure. Gave me their Hero's Program pricing because I'm a veteran. I will be using them again and getting other services as well.

These guys are awesome! I had a mini split installed by them in 2020. This year some birds nested in my siding at the opening for the mini split. I called them for help, expecting to pay extra. Instead they sent someone out for free.

The technician came out and discovered that the baby birds inside the wall were too small to fly away and offered to come back again in a few weeks. I was blown away by the offer and grateful I didn't have to choose between a free repair and a wall full of dead birds!

Quality Comfort's team has been outstanding. We've had them here to clean our AC, furnance tune-up, installation of a whole house humidifier, and duct cleaning. They are consistently on time, professional, informative, and trustworthy. We called a few days ago and they fit us in right away. Nate & Ken were outstanding. They are branded like a big name, corporate company, which can sometimes be intimidating. That's not them at all. Their prices are reasonable, quality is great, it's like working with a small family owned business. We're now setup on a yearly maintenance account and will have them out a couple times to make sure our systems are running efficiently and clean! Thanks QC !

Highly recommend Quality Comfort Home Services! I called them last minute needing my air ducts cleaned and they were able to rearrange things with their schedule and get me in same day. They also did a fantastic job! Great quality work.

Erin who answered the phone was very friendly and was able to have Lane (service tech) out to my house within a couple hours. Lane was on time, very professional and explained what my issue was within 15minutes. Looked over the rest of my system and all was well. I appreciate the quick service and results! I would recommend for all HVAC service or replacement.

I moved in to my new house yesterday and when I went to take a shower, the hot water wasn't working. It's my first time with a gas furnace, so I didn't know much about lighting a pilot. Found this team on yelp and they lived up to the amazing reviews! Showed up within the window of time, the service agent (Ryan) was super courteous and professional. He also took the time to teach me about my heating and cooling system. I definitely got sold on their membership and look forward to working with them in the future! I'm beyond grateful that they got out here so quickly and cannot wait to take a hot shower once the water is ready to go!

After getting a few estimates, Quality Comfort was hands down the best in terms of their level of care and pricing. They tested my pressure and water levels before recommending anything, and did not recommend anything I didn't need as an attempt to upsell. They were responsive, helpful, honest and performed high quality work with top quality equipment. I am recommending!

My AC was not cooling- they were able to come the next day. Cleaned the system which fixed the problem, but also did a complete system check. Saved me some money by charging as a maintenance check which I gladly signed up for to save me future problems and keep my AC and furnace working smoothly
