My HVAC system was over 20 years old and I knew it was only a matter of time before it went out. My AC did break down and we were miserable! Ryan, came out and gave the best estimate out of all the ones I got. He was so respectful and low pressure, I couldn't pass it up. On the day of install, James and Brian were amazing. Not only were they patient with my questions, they worked so hard and got it done quickly. I was absolutely amazed. We were cool again!! But it didn't end there. The next day after install, I got a follow-up call to make everything was working properly. That's great customer service! Definitely will recommend Quality Comfort!!

Had a dryer vent installed in my basement. Easy to schedule and great communication throughout the entire process of quoting and actual install. Installers were professional and kept me very informed with what they were doing. Didn’t take long. They also caught and fixed a minor gas leak for me which I was unbelievably thankful for! Would use their services again and highly recommend.
