Needed to have my AC recharged. Also it apparently needed cleaning as there was a blanket of build up. Had just recently bought the house. It was a bit pricy but that is due to the age of the unit. Discussed with the tech that came out on site exactly what we would expect and be delivered. Of course tried to upsell is a little bit that is to be expected with an aged system. Will definitely use them again and potentially use them when it comes time to replace the unit.

Quality comfort was great. When Ryan, one of the sales team, came to my house to give an estimate, he was very thorough and deliberate with the process. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. This was my 4th estimate and their cost came in so much lower than the others and I feel I'm getting higher quality equipment.
UPDATE: Here we are after a year with the new equipment, and I couldn't be happier. Not only are my AC and furnace top quality, it's been a huge improvement from the previous equipment. The other thing that I've found is that Quality Comfort is good at letting you know when it's time for AC and furnace check ups and getting it scheduled for you. Every time I've had the check up, the techs have been super professional, knowledgeable and answer any questions you have.

Amazing service provided by Scott. My water heater needed troubleshooting. Scott not only helped me find my issue with the water heater but also checked out my humidifier, changed my furnace filter and serviced my furnace. He also took the time to show me how to light my water heater pilot and change my furnace filters. Without prompting he told me about the heroes programs and got me enrolled in it. This business and Scott specifically was AMAZING and I strongly recommend.

Outstanding teamwork to provide a quote then replace my entire heat pump and cooling system and add a smart thermostat. Communication from beginning to end was attentive and thorough. Highly recommend!

We received a text with a picture of the rech ahead of the scheduled appointment. Whenever we have anyone out to maintenance, or anything else, they are always extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I received called prior to arrival to notify me the team was enroute. Text message was also sent prior to arrival with name and picture of technician for customer security. Upon arrival techs walked my home to locate all vents and returns. My lower level was draped prior to beginning. Technicians were warm, friendly and professional. Answered all questions and provided any additional information. We discussed frequency for duct cleaning and my allergies.
Totally satisfied with the service provided. I definitely will using them again as a maintenance route for my home. Their pricing was the best of 5 companies I contacted for a quote and quick turnaround time for scheduling. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a HVAC/Ventalation cleaning service.

Kenneth was on time and professional. He explained how the cleaning would go and was considerate of our house by putting shoe covers on and off. I will use them again when we need our ducts cleaned in a few years.
