Todd and his crew were amazing to work with. Todd recommended a new unit and was able to schedule install the following week. His entire team was respectful, on time, and friendly!

They are scheduled to replace my HVAC system next week - and already exceeded my expectations with their expertise, great customer service and transparency.
They’ve been helpful but not pushy and I can’t recommend them enough.
Update: the team worked so hard for us! New system is in and working great. I have an old home so they had to troubleshoot a lot and fix some unanticipated problems but they handled them with grace and tenacity. If you need hvac work, call River View!

Please if you need someone to your house sooner rather then later do not call river view heating & cooling. They said they’d contact their techs. After 2 hours and a follow up phone call I was notified by text that they can send someone out in 4 days.

Not ideal when you have no heat in your house. Initially I just wanted to know if they were sending people out, and they gave me the run around. If you aren’t open for business because of weather or lack of personnel that’s fine, just state it up front…Poor communication all around.

I was so pleased with the service from Riverview Heating & Cooling! They came out to my business the same day I called, and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was so glad I didn't need a new furnace...just a new thermostat!

I have used Riverview Heating and Cooling for years and they continue to keep up there 5 star service and product installation. My mom's AC went out this week and the team was very responsive and are installing a totally new HVAC system. One thing that is really great about Riverview is that they are always looking for the best products to install with great prices and awesome warranties. The service person who installed moms units was very professional and very polite. He was very concerned to make sure he cleaned up and mom was satisfied. Riverview does all my tune ups twice a year to keep the units in tip top shape. Mom and I highly recommend Riverview Heating and Colling for all of your HVAC needs.

Riverview has come in to save the day not once but twice for us at this point! Their installation services were timely, efficient, and absolutely affordable compared to other companies from which we received a quote. They also were able to come in to save the day with a quick adjustment to our hvac condenser unit outside at the request of our neighbor… three days before closing on our house! Truly above and beyond from a customer service perspective!!! We will be loyal to Riverview for life!!

Just has a mini split system installed in my garage by River View. Todd and his staff did a great job with installation. Only took a few hours. Great professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC .

Only company to call me back to service our boiler. Came out and were quick and clean. Later on I had a problem with the pressure in the boiler and they told me how to fix it myself rather than coming out for something that would take less than a minute to do (adjust the pressure release valve shown below). They are the best!
