Everyone at Auburn Heating and Plumbing was AMAZING!!! From Sales to Installation our project was seamless. We installed a Mini-Split System for Air Conditining in our family room. We priced out the system from three HVAC companies. Auburn Heating installed a larger Mini Split System and we saved about $800. . An appointment was made for 1 week from the time I called. He was on time courteous , went right to work. When he completed, he explained what he did, and what to expect down the road for my old unit.

After having had a carbon monoxide leak that could have been deadly we hired these guys to put in a new furnace and CA unit. Scott was professional from the first visit to the final. During installation we had a major issue with electrical causing electric company to come and shut off power till we paid to fix the problem with wires and box ..Scott went above and beyond finding an electrical guy and coordinating everything. We cant say enough great things about these guys! Top notch in every sense of the word! What was a frustrating event turned crazy was handled picture perfect by Scott and his crew as well as Tri County Electric! Highly recommend BOTH companies without hesitation!

I had purchased "white glove" installation and haul away for a new gas oven from Costco. Their subcontractor, Innovell, botched the installation twice leaving me without my old oven or my new one. Auburn quickly, efficiently and professionally did in under an hour what Innovell and costco couldn't do over 10 days. Auburn is the perfect example of a local business that takes pride in their work and looks out for their neighbors.

Auburn heating always arrives on time and does a terrific job. They are also very available for emergency situations which we have had to utilize on any number of occasions I would recommend them without reservation

The technician that was assigned to my residence was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He answered all my questions patiently and in a manner that was easily understood. I would recommend this company to others.

Company was very quick to get me a technician both on a weekend and during peak season (next day). Prices are maybe a little high but the quality of their work was great.
