Auburn Heating Plumbing & AC

We were having our pipes overflow into the basement so we called Auburn plumbing. The plumber came in, looked at the pipe and said he’d have to cut into the walls to see what the problem was. I asked about removing the clean out cap and he stated you don’t want to do that. I thanked him and he left. I thought he was being helpful and honest until three days later we had the same issue, called a different company and the issue was resolved in a few hours by removing the clean out cap and putting a camera in the drain to find a clog. No cutting into the walls was even necessary. Unfortunately I will not be recommending Auburn heating and plumbing.

The furnace supplying our Police Department quit on us. I made a call to Auburn Heating Plumbing & AC and within 24 hours we had a new furnace with plenty of heat! Very quick response and quality work. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

This company is amazing . Furnace broke on the coldest day of the year they came right out on a Sunday afternoon! After finding out We needed a new furnace entirely they scheduled me first thing Monday morning and we’re finished by about 3 pm. On top of that they brought us over 3 space heaters of their own on Sunday so we could keep the house relatively warm. Professional , timely , and the nicest people you’ll meet.

We have use this company for some years now. My only problem is, what happened to the wearing of the booties or at the very least wiping feet. I do not wear shoes in my house and would prefer them to wear the booties. Had a Hot water heater installed not long ago and had to ask them. One was very cooperative and one was not.

It really was a bad experience having our heat pump die on us. We knew the old system was on the way out and having a hard time keeping our 90s colonial house cool. After looking around Google for hvac companies, we found that Auburn was close to our home and had good reviews, so I decided to call them. They came out and found that our heat exchanger was leaking Freon into our house, which was why the unit wasn't able to keep the house cool. We then worked with them to find a new, high efficiency, top-of-the-line HP that would be good for our home. The two technicians who were dispatched to install the new system were very nice and they were very helpful in teaching my 3.5 year old son all about it. He was so happy to see them install the new system and even got to help on a couple mall things. They techs also taught me a lot about how these units operate, they way the newer technology works and they were super friendly. My wife and I were not happy about having to replace the system, but we're very happy with Auburn HVAC for all their help, patience, kindness and professionalism. At least now we have a system that should last us the next 15 years.

My furnace went out on a Saturday evening. I called and they responded immediately. I opted to have a new furnace and A/C installed, for which I had received multiple independent bids earlier in the year. I found the people at Auburn Heating to be the most helpful and they offered a very fair price. They arrived at the house at 8:30am sharp and had everything installed by lunch. A+++ service, financing, and follow-up. Grateful to have such a great team of people so nearby!

I contacted Auburn because we needed to square a couple items away from the home inspection while selling my father's house. Talking with Tarah, Scott (GM), and Frank (owner) to coordinate a technician visit, review the work needed, and submit a proposal was absolutely painless. They are fast, professional, honest, and flexible - couldn't ask for anything more. Ultimately the proposal came in highly competitive as well. Highly recommend Auburn Heating Plumbing & AC!
