Auburn Heating Plumbing & AC

If you are thinking of using Auburn Heating, do yourself a big favor and get a second and third quote. We were longtime customers who foolishly thought we didn't need to check their quote and found out too late we were dramatically overcharged for a basic hot water tank installation. The owner was completely unapologetic and basically told me nobody put a gun to my head and made me accept their quote. True enough. Buyer beware.

Thermostat want working right on and off for a week or so. Finally called and they came same day, new thermostat, which we love now, up and back to running in no time!! Quick, clean, and professional

Auburn Heating installed my new furnace quickly and efficiently. They also replaced the thermostat, repaired a hole in the chimney, answered all my questions, and cleaned up really well after themselves. Best of all, it cost almost the same amount that I paid for a new furnace over 20 years ago.

Auburn Heating & Plumbing has twice come to our rescue in the last seven months! Our condo in Auburn Lakes is 20 years old and had original air conditioner and furnace failures due to age and usage. Last July, my son and his family were going to be visiting us from a California and it was a hot and muggy week, when our A/C stopped working! On one day’s notice, Auburn Heating’s crew was there to service it and then followed with a new installation a few days later. What was very appreciated by us was the company’s credit for the initial servicing cost which was applied to the purchase price of our new A/C unit!.... And then, in January, while we were out of town on vacation for two months, my daughter visited our home and found 40 degree temperatures because the old furnace stopped working! Again, Auburn Heating came to our rescue and installed a new furnace the next day to save possible damage due to the frigid weather ( the outside temperature was below zero at the time!)...... The cost to us was more than fair, and we are very fortunate and happy that Auburn Heating came to our rescue, not once, but twice! We would recommend Auburn Heating to anyone and everyone who has a need for a quality Heating & Air Conditioning contractor! 👍

We are not impressed with our 1st time using them they gave us a time between 10-12. And we received no phone call nothing saying they were going to be late they finally came at 145. Not impressed at all. Had to give one star but I didn't have a choice to give no stars

I have used Auburn Heating at my business as well as my residence on multiple occasions. They have installed installed 3 furnaces and 1 a/c unit for us. We have been very satisfied.
