Auburn Heating Plumbing & AC

Auburn is always so responsive! On-time as well. In addition to the scheduled maintenance, we had a problem with an AC unit which was fixed in short order.

We are pleased with our experience with Auburn Heating. Joe Huckaby was responsive and came over the same day to trouble shoot our issue. I knew we needed a new furnace and he gave me a few options based on cost and timing. We went with the replacement as I didn't want to deal with it in the Fall/Winter next year. Joe had the installation done the next day and we had heat back on quickly. Very much appreciate their speed and help.

The service I received from Auburn was absolutely top notch. They actually replaced my AC and heating system. They were all very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tim, my sales person, was not pushy, and explained my options very thoroughly which allowed us to make the best choice for our home. The installation crew was fantastic. It was very clear they knew exactly what they were doing and diligently stayed on task. They were very polite and informative throughout the whole installation process. I will definitely use Auburn again for my home maintenance and would recommend them without hesitation.

The service guy, Joe, was professional and fantastic. He found the problem with my heater right away. It was an inducer motor. He said it would cost approximately $1800 to replace. While he was writing up the service charge and ordering the part, I found the part on line for $361. I fully understand “making a profit”, but an almost 500% mark up? Really? Serious? I called another company and they came and installed the motor for $600. I won’t be calling Auburn ever again.
