    Auburn Heating Plumbing put in a new furnace and AC in our home this week. They were timely, responsible, reliable and polite. Joe was the main man on the job and he was very informative and knowledgeable about the systems. He took time to answer all questions and was very patient. They were very clean and covered all floors and wore booties and masks. My husband and I would definitely hire them again for any service in the house.

    Frank, the owner, is a doll (he’ll likely laugh at that). He was professional and kind, a good listener as well. He answered my questions and helped me find a product (whole house humidifier) that meets my family’s needs and budget.

    John, the installer, was wonderful and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to, and answered my questions thoroughly. It’s just been installed today so I can’t answer questions about the unit itself (like reliability, fitness for use, etc). I’m hoping this unit works well.

    Had them come out to clean my oil furnace and give a quote for a new one. The technician told me that my furnace was throwing CO2 and that it was against the law for then to allow me to run it. They said levels would be checked after they cleaned the furnace which they did not do. They stuck a new filter in and told me I needed a new $15,000 furnace. They charged me $500 to come here and try to sell me a new furnace. I had another company from Burton come out and they couldn’t understand why the furnace was bad as it just needed cleaning. CO2 levels were checked and my furnace is running fine. Consequently I called the bank and put a stop payment on my $500 check. Unprofessional and rude! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Auburn Heating Plumbing &etc called to schedule a pre-season maintenance and check-up for our boiler and hot water baseboard system. At the end of the appointment, technicians explained that my system was unsafe and that they had disconnected it. They told me the issues and said they would send a quote. All of this was very odd to me considering that they had completed repairs on the system last year and none of what they mentioned had been an issue then. Somehow there had been a catastrophic failure during the summer when the system was not in use. Because they had turned our heat off at the boiler, we could not use the system and we waited days for a quote without the ability to use our heat. When the quote did come it was ASTRONOMICAL. Being skeptical, I called another company for a second opinion. They performed tests, transparently, in front of me and explained that there was nothing wrong with the boiler or the system and that I could run it safely. I will not be using Auburn Heating Plumbing and whatnot ever again and I'd advise my neighbors to avoid them too.

    My furnace broke down in the evening on Christmas Day. They called me back within 20 minutes. They scheduled to come the next morning (Sunday) and installed an entire new system on Tuesday. Unbelievable customer service; they even offered to provide space heaters until the new system was installed.

    Certainly first the reason I scaled my experience as a two the only positive thing was I was fit in the same day thanks for that . I asked to be notified at least 20 min prior to the tech showing up because I wasn't going to be on the premises . I was called when the tech was on site .. so I was late. The tech attitude was absolutely horrible I guess because I woke him up when I got home ... then the best part .. I explain to the tech I have just purchased the home and first trurning on the ac unit and I would be dealing with the home warranty company concerning the ac unit and asked him about speaking to the company... Well that seem to inconvenient him because he had 2 other calls hanging ... the cherry on top was I was charged 125$ for him to tell me to run my fan until it defrost then he would be back to charge me again to look at it .... smh horrible

    No problems plus they have a nice annual service contract. Very reasonable pricing. You won't be disappointed! We purchased our furnace through them a few years back and we are very happy with its performance.
