Huge Heating & Cooling

Our air conditioner went out over the weekend and we called Huge and they came out the same day to fix it for us! They were there fast, kind, were super professional and took all the time to explain everything they were doing for me to understand! Absolutely wonderful experience and will use them again!!

Customers are overcharged and some service techs are overworked and cut corners. They should offer their customer's a survey to complete on each tech when a job is finished. I still had issues after my furnace was serviced twice by this company. I hired a new company and had their
tech resolve my issues correctly. Sad a ton of money and time wasted! At least now...my furnace is running better than ever!
Just beware of what your service should entail before you hire someone! BTW...do not believe all the positive reviews...you have no clue who is posting them. It's not about money...it's about honesty!! Do not get your furnace fixed temporarily so u get stuck buying a new one!!!!!

I have used HUGE Heating for both heating and air conditioning installation and repair for years. Nicole is always pleasant when I call and takes care of whatever I need. They also installed a new water heater. The service is excellent. I recommend HUGE heating for all services for both heating and A/C.

First time user of this company, and was very impressed. They were quick, knowledgeable and professional. Alex was a great tech and they resolved our cooling problem quickly during a hot spell. Office staff is also helpful and their scheduling is awesome.

We've been using them for years. Friendly office people and great service. We usually have them out once a year to do general maintenance and check everything, but we needed them to come out while we were out of town. They met our son there, called us by phone to explain our options, made the repair, and let us even pay with a credit card over the phone. Great customer service!

We had Huge Htg. & Cooling replace our furnace, heat pump, and also added a humidifier last week. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone on the crew was so polite, answered our questions, and cleaned up when they were finished w/our job. They showed us how to operate everything before leaving our home. We recommend them very highly!

Huge did a terrific job with our Furnace Inspection and with fixing our AC. We had looked into other HVAC providers in our area and were not impressed with their proposed prices or with the results of their inspections. We had thought our current Central AC unit was beyond repair and were pressured into buying a new overpriced unit from the other providers. Huge sent a rep out who did a great job with communicating to us the situation and status of our units. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked very diligently to get the job done. We have had others come out and do the exact opposite before. It was refreshing. I would highly recommend their services as well as their HVAC Tech named Benjamin.

Huge comes to my house twice a year to check the furnace and the a/c unit. They are on time, polite, and willing to answer questions. Today Alex checked and serviced the a/c, gave me pointers on the air filter, and was an all-around nice guy. I have never had a problem with Huge and will be using their services as long as I live here.

I can't tell you how satisfied I have always been with Huge. The did a
pristine job when they installed the new furnace and air conditioning
a few years ago and I always know that when I call them I am going
to get top notch service. In addition the people who do the work are'
always most polite and so helpful.
They really deserve the five stars I've given them.

They were great. Able to come out same day and explained everything the needed to do before they did it. We have old furnaces so I was expecting to pay a fortune to fix prior maintenance screw ups but it was still very reasonable for labor and parts. May take a look into a maintenance agreement.
