Terrible company,my mother's heat went out the night before Christmas and when she called them to have them come out and look at it they said it was not there problem.she was even going to pay for the service fre... Tells you how they "care" about you...they only care about you're money, I recommend going somewhere else, don't use this company

We bought a house where Huge had installed a mini split just before our purchase. They've been responsive and great at assisting with a couple problems that have come up in the year since our purchase. They were also willing to educate us on the unit functions and self-maintenance. Vince at the office has been fantastic and stands behind the service. The tech that resolved our issue (Bret) was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We will use Huge for any future needs.

Our furnace was making a watery noise when it was running. Alex came out on time listened to the furnace and fix the clog in a tube. He then did a quick inspection of the main system to insure it was running properly. We were so grateful that we didn’t need to replace it as it would have cost a few thousand.

Crew was on time and professional. Two technicians removed my old heat pump and air handler and installed the new units efficiently and smoothly. I’m grateful for the expertise of the Huge crew. I would recommend Huge (pronounced “hew-gee” to everyone!

Never showed up or called back. Sold my phone number to a bunch of we-buy-homes scammers. Call someone else.

In response to your response: I was a customer a few years ago, and wanted to be again. When I called for emergency service (6/12/22), you failed to show up or call back. The next day the scam calls began. Draw your own conclusions.

Alex Lacey was punctual, professional, and honest up front about what needed to be done. He saved us thousands of expected repair costs by taking the time in the heat and sun to make the minor repairs that would save us from replacing entire unit. This is my HVAC place from now on, and Alex is my guy to call.

Can’t say enough good things about Huge Heating and Cooling - they gave us a same day estimate with multiple options for our price point and were completely transparent about the different benefits for each unit.

Two days later their installation team came out and swapped out our old condenser and coil with the units we purchased, showed up bright and early and finished the job in just 6 hours. They made sure everything was tested fully before they left, and overall I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We’ll likely need a new furnace in a couple years and I’ll definitely be going with this company again.

I very much appreciate the thoroughness of David in doing the job that resulted in several adjustments that will make our equipment run more efficiently. I highly recommend Huge.

I appreciated the Quality of building the plenum to join the air and heat.
Previous contractor did not display the skills of building a transition. Rick and Matt seemed like a team.

I was not ready to replace my furnace, but I am satisfied.
