Strongsville Heating & Air Conditioning

I had the company install a new tanless water heater to replace an old tank style water heater, did a great job and cleaned up afterward, had an issue that they came and took care of right away. Very customer oriented and will definitely use them again when I need service.

Our AC wasn’t working and I called them over the holiday weekend. I received a call back first thing the next day and they arrived on time and completed the service. We couldn’t have asked for faster more reliable service. Absolutely recommend !!

We called multiple places at 11pm the day before Christmas Eve and we had a tech in our home within an hour from Strongsville H&C...and had heat within minutes!! Thank you for the fast service on a day where I'm sure you are very busy! Our tech was Kevin and he was great!

I don’t very often feel the need to post for service I receive but I must for the installation of furnace and air unit. The two young guys came on time, put out throws on the floors, cleaned up after them selves, worked steady until it was done. They did a beautiful job. This isn’t major but the unit outside they installed was larger so he had to remove some rocks I had on the side and when he was done he placed my rocks around the front of my unit. When they were done they explained everything and answered all my questions. Jake and Joe worked very well together.
I rate them A++. I will definitely continue using Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning for all my heating and cooling needs.

We use Strongsville Heating & A/C for regular heating and A/C maintenance - they were the provider for previous homeowners and we were happy to stick with them. Yesterday at the end of the day, my husband noticed a small leak from a heater fitting and called in - Strongsville H & A/C was able to send someone out first thing this morning (8am!) and the problem was quickly identified and repaired. Even better, this came at no charge since the pro said it was within warranty period of their annual service checkup! Prompt, polite, and professional. Thank you!

Our home a/c was not functioning and Gary B from Strongsville Heating & A/C came and repaired our system in short order. Everything was top notch from calling to request service, being advised of where the repair person was and when he’d be there, and all throughout the diagnosis and repair. Gary was thorough and methodical and polite. He did not propose unnecessary add-on services or repair parts. Very pleased and will continue to use Strongsville. Thank you for a job well done.

AC stopped working overnight and they were able to get someone out the next afternoon. They gave me a time window and called to let me know when they were going to be there. Tech was friendly, helpful and fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the issue and talk through the cost. Couldn't have asked for any better service.

Had to have furnace and central air replaced. They did a great job. Very reasonable price. Very professional from start to finish. I signed up for the yearly service plan and they do a good job with that also. Sherry at the office is always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding company to work with. I had Strongsville Heating and Air Conditioning replace my 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. From start to finish they were clean, professional, and fast. They reworked some bulky ductwork to give me more room in my basement, and ran a new drain line because they found the old one was leaking. My new furnace and AC unit are so quiet I have to stand next to them to know they are on! Customer support was top notch too, when I had questions about changing my new thermostat and humidifier settings they picked up the phone on the first ring and walked me right through it. They also wore shoe covers, swept up when they left, and were careful not to let my large dog get out the door. I'll definitely be using them for all my future HVAC work.
