Jeremy was on time, professional, and honest with his work. He installed a humidifier to help my son with bloody noses due to dry air and thankfully my son hasn't had an issue since the installation. I will definitely be using him for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. I cannot recommend him enough!

Jeremy was so thorough and service was excellent. As a 30 year old woman who doesn’t know anything about AC repair or maintenance, he was incredibly knowable and informative, explaining everything to me in a way I understood. I’ve had issues with our AC before and the repairmen from other companies that have come out did not do nearly the job Jeremy did with addressing the problems. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other companies I have used before. Overall Balanced Air will be our new go to for heating and cooling needs!

This company should be the standard that all other heating and cooling companies are measured against. I simply cannot emphasize how knowledgeable, caring, and attentive they were when I called to have my non-functional AC system checked out and repaired. They took the time to clearly showcase the issue and explain the solution, being 100% transparent with what they were doing in the process. All the while maintaining a friendly and personal demeanor with me. The pricing and quality of work was phenomenal and ensured them as my go-to heating and cooling service.

Jeremy was excellent! Communication was a 10! He came over quickly as we had a newborn in the house and his work was very efficient. Jeremy was recommended by a close friend. Called him at 4 p.m. Furnace problem. Was working on it by 6 p.m. even tho I mentioned the next day or 2 would be ok. He didn't want us to have a cold night. Very honest and professional. Fair pricing. Jeremy knows his business. Educated us. We will have Jeremy install a new HVAC system in the near future. No need to check anyone else out. Good guy. Jeremy did a new furnace install for me and I am very pleased with his work. Jeremy helped us troubleshoot an air flow and balancing issue we were having in our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable, and he brought in a third party expert to help collect air flow data and assist in designing a solution for us.
