When our AC died over the summer, Jeremy was able to get out to inspect it very quickly. He thoroughly explained our options to repair or replace. We decided to replace both our AC and furnace, and Jeremy did a great job with the install of the new systems. His pricing was also better than other local HVAC companies. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and enabled us to make the right decision for us. We will definitely use Jeremy and Balanced Air Heating & Cooling again.

Jeremy is nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He helped us when our furnace went out by troubleshooting over the phone when we couldn't even get a repair man on the phone to schedule an appointment during the Christmas winter storm. We had Jeremy come out to do a maintenance service on our furnace. He took the time to explain everything he was doing each step of the way, did not rush through the service, and was willing to answer all questions we had. Jeremy earned a liftime client out of us. I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Balanced Air Heating and Cooling and in between the time I'd called and when they were supposed to come for maintenance, my furnace wasn't running right. I sent Jeremy a text message around 6pm stating my concerns. He called right away and offered to stop over to ease my worry and to make sure we wouldn't be without heat. He clearly stated his fee for the after-hours visit and his plan for addressing the issue, so there was no guessing what he was going to do or how much I'd be paying. He was polite, personable, well-spoken, knowledgeable and confident. I highly recommend Balanced Air Heating and Cooling!

Jeremy helped me out with a humidifier issue I was having on my existing furnace. He's gone above and beyond in trying to find a resolution to my issue. From fixing an issue with the wiring to contacting the manufacturer regarding troubleshooting/warranty information. Jeremy kept me informed of everything and was always on time.

Jeremy and Miguel were super friendly and didn't try to get over on us. Will definitely call him if we need anymore work.

Jeremy is amazing! I heard a noise coming from my vent. I was not sure if it was a furnace or ductwork issue, or both. I called Balanced and got a hold of Jeremy to schedule an appointment. He was prompt in getting back to me. Upon arrival, he found the issue within 5 minutes and had it resolved. I could not be more satisfied with him. He is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. I will for sure call him in the future if I have any HVAC needs.
