I do not write many reviews.If I do take the time to write one ,it is normally to complain about a bad service or I feel I was cheated. This is not the case today! I asked Solar Flare Heating and Cooling for a quote to replace my entire HVAC system today. (AC went out)

Gaelan came out and fixed my AC and in minutes for a super duper extremely reasonable price fixed my AC. He was super nice and said he felt bad we did not have any AC in this 90 degree weather. So instead of pressuring me into buying or even thinking I needed a new HVAC he said "You can get more years out of your current system" How trust worthy and crazy is that? I appreciate it Gaelan, you have earned every star in this review, I would give you more than 5 if I could. Thanks again!

Solar Flare went above and beyond our expectations. We have had some negative experience with HVAC companies in the past, but not this time. First they were able to get out to our house within a few hours of calling, even on a Monday during a heat wave. Once they arrived, they went right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. However, it was the additional walk through, pressure check, and tests to ensure that they had fixed all the problems the first time that we appreciated the most. It didn't feel like they just wanted to rush in and rush out. We felt like we were an appreciated customer.

We will definitely be using Solar Flare Heating & Air again for any HVAC needs.

Great company! When our outside Air Conditioning unit quit on us, Gaelan answered his phone early on a Sunday morning and was able to get out to our home within a few short hours. Great service and a fair price! Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

We had Solar Flare install a whole-house humidifier and were impressed with the quality workmanship, competitive pricing and patience explaining how everything worked, plus they left the area cleaner than when they arrived! I am delighted to give my unreserved recommendation.

I contacted Solar Flare on a holiday when my A/C went out. I was sure that no one in the Dayton area would answer being that it was both a weekend and a holiday. I was contacted promptly and my A/C was back up and running within a couple hours. The pricing was fair, the individual I dealt with was more than polite and I couldn't have asked for better service. Don't get scammed by other companies. If you want the job done right, by people you can trust, call Solar Flare. We were told we needed a new AC unit. Solar Flare had our AC up and running in 15 minutes for minimal cost. I would highly recommend Solar Flare.

Our AC unit went down during a week long heat wave in June. Even though I am sure they were swamped with service calls and repairs, they made it out to my house that evening to take a look at my situation. The estimate did not take long and I was provided with all of the information that I requested with a smile. I received my written quote through email the same evening! I really can not say enough great things about my experience with them.

Best of all, they provided me with a portable AC unit to keep my bedroom cool during our transition period. What a nice touch! They really do set the bar high for great customer service.

The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to arrive quickly once I called, determine the issue and explain the issue to me in terms that I could understand. I felt like the price was fair too!
