Gaelan and Solar Flare were excellent to work with for my HVAC issue. The response time and diagnosis were very timely (morning of my call). Once the diagnosis was given, I was explained my options and felt no pressure in making my decision. Gaelan was very communicative, even on the weekend, which showed me he cared about answering my questions and helping resolve the issue. Overall my experience was very smooth, easy-going, and I would recommend Solar Flare for future work.

We contracted with Solar Flare since our old HVAC system needed replaced. They were awesome. Gaelan quoted us on Sunday and whole was replaced Thursday. We can't say enough about their service and highly recommend Solar Flare as they gave us outstanding service, from quote, to follow up on ordering, to install and clean-up, fantastic team and service. I highly recommend them. Pricing is very competitive along with the quality of the systems they install. Very professional and responsive with our whole experience in a larger (4 ton AC, 120K BTU) system.

Gaelan from Solar Flare was outstanding to work with. He came out quickly to provide an estimate, was very reasonable and competitive on price, and most importantly was able to quickly schedule our air conditioning and furnace replacement. He was very responsive to questions and emails. His people showed up on time and ready to go. Installation was well done and went smoothly.

We as a family have had the good fortune of choosing Solar Flare to repair our a/c. Galen has provided us with excellent service repeatedly. No repair has been too small and no repair is left undone. His work ethic is simply outstanding and we highly recommend him.

We've used Solar Flare since 2015 when we moved into our home. Multiple times we had issues with the AC (heat pump) that was already installed when we moved in so wasn't reflective of Solar Flare. Gaelen has always been extremely responsive to our needs. One year it was the furnace and again, his company got a new one installed for us. Always personable, professional and high integrity. Comes out on weekends/short-notice. Will continue to use them and recommend them to our neighbors!

Gaelan far exceeded my expectations in every single category. I had a problem with my furnace this morning and was able to get a response right away and have service at my house the same day. He was able to find and repair the problem. While repairing my furnace his attention to detail sets him apart from the pack by a mile. He was able to catch a few things that most contractors would have missed.

He explained everything in great detail and was able to quickly complete the work after identifying the problems while providing pictures of the completed work (furnace was in the attic).

When I look for a contractor I look for reviews/reputation and with his 5 star rating (at the time of this review) I can confirm it proves to be true. Having worked in the service industry I know that reputation means everything and cost does not mean good work. He does good work!

For that, I greatly appreciate his service and he has earned my business for life.

Solar Flare heating and Air did an amazing job. My AC unit went out during the night. I called the next morning and by 1100 they were on there way. The owner Gaelon ( hope I spelled it right) was the one that came out. He was very friendly and personable. He found the problem very fast and fixed it. He checked to make sure everything else was working properly. I will spread him name around as much as I can. I will definitely be using them from here on out. Great company with great values!!!

Very easy to deal with. They inspected our furnace and gave us some tips for saving money on our heating and air bills. We plan to use them to install a new digital thermostat. Tech was friendly and there when he said he would be. Thank you!
