I have been using the furnace man for a several years now. Both for my home and business. They will always take care of you and any problems you have in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend to anyone.

This is the real Rob Hanna, the other guy is an imposter that is more than likely a competitor of Johnny the Furnace Man. This is a family oriented company based out Beavercreek that I have personally watched grow. Johnny and his team are trusted by my friends and family . When it comes to furnaces, especially in your homes that protect your family , go with the guy you can trust, go with Johnny!

Of course they tried to act like they had no record of me. Every review that isn't 5 star they try to deflect blame to the customer for not appreciating the service this "company" doesn't provide. Use this scam "company" at your own risk.

Wish I could do zero star. The man who came to my house, Johnny, was drunk. There is no way I will let a drunk work in my house, around my children. Use another company that doesn't employ people like this

The original company whom installed my unit no longer was handling fuel oil and he was able to work on my fuel oil and fixed how loud it was since they originally put on a wrong part. Very happy with their service and honesty.
