One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever been through. Purchased the air conditioner just over 2 months ago and Johnny and his crew have been out to my house on several occasions and I am still not comfortable in my own home. I am out more than $7000 and believe I could have been just as comfortable with window units at this point. Johnny is a firm believer in the idea that if you want your home cooler than 72 degrees than you're being outrageous because he will tell you that's what is "typically considered comfortable" as the reason for why my 1500sq ft house cannot be cooled less than that. Yes he comes out to your house 24/7 however I am not convinced he does anything or fixes anything while he is here.

They diagnosed our broken fan motor and replaced it. The price was fair and reasonable based on the price of parts and labor. We had to wait a few days for the new part to be delivered, but I thought it was pretty fast anyway.

A Thief plain and simple. He continued to try to push extra products and services during his visit. Didn't diagnosed the issue correctly, however he demanded that he knew what was best for my house. He even tried to belittle me trying to quiz me on heating and furnace installation techniques. While doing back and forth with him about the incorrect installation, the furnace had restarted 6 times within 20 minutes. I had to finally demand he remove the parts he installed and then remove himself from my house. After he left, he even had the nerve to send me a text with further insults.

Called McAfee heating and air and within an hour had my problems fixed and been running fine since then.

BEWARE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! WILL NEVER USE AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS THEIF!

We have a home warranty, and the furnace man works very well with the home warranty to take advantage and screw over the customers. They work together great to find loopholes that don’t exist.

Had an appointment this evening for a furnace servicing estimate. Twenty minutes after the appointment window--nothing. No technician, no phone call. I called the office and was told they would look into where the technician was and call me back. One hour after the appointment window--nothing. I made an appointment with another service provider. Don't waste your time with this company.

Our old radiant heat boiler unit needed replacing. We called requesting an estimate after an internet search. We wanted a local service for this job. Johny arrived for the appointment and provided an estimate hundreds $$ lower than a competitors estimate. We accepted his estimate and scheduled Johny's crew, who arrived on time. The lead installer expressed his many years of experience with boiler units and his assistant worked as a team to quickly remove the old unit. They cleaned up the mess as they went and installed the new Weil-McLain boiler unit, replacing old parts, valves and piping with new materials. There were no leaks during the hook up to the copper water supply lines. Every connection and fitting seemed to be properly prepped and installed. The installer answered all our questions about operating the new equipment and left the area clean. The county inspector passed the installation, saying it was a 'clean job and everything was properly connected'. We are Very Happy with the work, the new boiler is quiet and The Furnace Man has met all of our needs. The office ladies are also professional and helpful. I highly recommend Johny and his team for their professional service.

I’ve known Johnny ( The furnace man ) for years he has always done a 5 star job me! He came in and found my problem in about 10 minutes. He should always be your first call!!

Had my furnce and Air condition replaced by the Furnace Man based on a recomondation of a freind, was pleased with the price and outcome. They finished on time, no calling back, they were clean and alwayes had the plastic boots. They did not aske for more than estimate.

The serviceman came & did a great deal! The Workman cane the next day & gave a 5 Star Performance. We were very happy with it all.
