When I called The Furnace Man and told them my AC unit was out and I needed a replacement, thet were by far the fastest and cheapest in town. I checked with many other companies and The Furnace Man beat all of them in price and in timing. When I explained to Johnny that my girlfriend had her wisdom teeth removed that morning and I didn't want her baking in my condo, he had the unit replaced the same afternoon. I would certainly recommend them to any other person in the Dayton area. Awesome service, awesome price, and the fastest around!

I highly recommend this company. My furnace went out & my dad who usually fixes it was out of town. So I called these guys and they were there within the hour. Johnny (the owner) and Ricky are the men who came out and identified the problem. My furnace was fixed in no time, for a very reasonable price. Thanks again Funace Man!!!! 👍

I called the Furnace Man based on the positive reviews, but was still shocked by how great The Furnace Man was EVERY step of the way. Starting with friendly and down-to-Earth Sherry in the office getting someone out ASAP to look at my AC, to Johnny the owner showing up just a couple hours later and really trying to revive my old AC unit before giving me a really detailed list of options on a new system, to Teddy the installer doing just an excellent job THE VERY NEXT DAY, to Ray doing a complimentary follow-up appointment on our secondary AC unit the next day. Every single person I encountered at Furnace Man was a pleasure to deal with and I felt like Johnny wasn't just trying to sell me something I didn't need. He actually recommended the next to cheapest option for us because "it will do the job".

I can't recommend this company enough. Fast service, friendly and knowledgable, caring and professional. Gave options, finance options, an UNBELIEVABLE WARRANTY for peace of mind and they were out the next day and even fixed an issue unrelated to the problem I was paying them to fix FOR FREE! Now that's customer service unheard of in 2018. Johnny and the Furnace Man have gained a customer for life and I will be referring them business as long as we live in the Beavercreek area! I was in dire straits with my AC breakdown, I had a home inspection in the morning and the AC went out the afternoon before. Johnny was able to fit me in and was able to repair my AC quickly. He was very professional and the cost was less than I was expecting. The Furnace Man will be my go to company for all of my AC and heating needs in the future.

** UPDATE 1/24/19 ** The owner just now responded to this review (over a year later). Just more lies. Saying that I am not in your database. LIES! We reported you to the BBB. You have avoided calls from my husband and myself. You stole money from us and then refused to take or return our phone calls. We will never use your company again. I can't believe that you are even still in business. If it were not for the phony reviews written by you and your scumbag friends, you would have a 1 star rating. It's interesting to me that the only reviews from customers that you acknowledge are the fake reviews saying how great your company is. All of the honest (REAL) 1 star reviews mysteriously aren't in your customer database. LIES, LIES, LIES! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK!!! I have told (and will continue to tell) everyone that I know or who mentions needing service to their AC/furnace not to use your company.

This company filed a warranty claim on our behalf stating that they would refund the amount that they received back from our warranty. Months later (after numerous attempts to contact them), we contacted the warranty company only to find out that Johnny and his wife kept our warranty refund for themselves. They are dishonest people and I would recommend staying far away from this company!

They were polite, efficient, responsible, and kept in touch until all was done and I had heat. Tore out old fuel oil furnace and installed new gas furnace in one day. County inspector said they did a neat and accurate install. No deficiencies. I would recommend them for any furnace work.

The guy that came out to the house was great he checked my furnace and made sure it was running properly he also showed me how dirty the motor was and explained to me the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning and showed me how to change my fliter and explained to me the importance of doing that every month... then he mentioned to me the duct cleaning and explained the difference it would make on the house and the furnace it self. We were able to make appointment the next day for the duct cleaning, And he pretty much saved my furnace. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family....;)

Asked Furnace Man for a second opinion before dropping big big &$ with another company…So glad I did! Johnny isolated the problem in minutes and gave me a simple 10 minute DIY solution that worked…A/C is awesome now! I won’t go anywhere else in the future and neither should you!

The Furnace Man is a great heating and cooling service. Johnny went above and beyond to fix my air conditioner. I called them in the winter for my furnace and came the same day to get it working again. I would reccomend this company to everyone who needs heating or cooling services.
